All of these practices are already written down in texts (some very old) and accessible to all. I call them by their given name to give credit where credit is due. I just mix a lot and add my own 21st century twist with the music making it easily accessible to the masses. Some are old, some are more mordern breathwork (connected open mouth breathing) and most others are pranayama from India in which I give their names 🙏🏼
