I had been trying for many months to surpress a particular issue but one of the videos brought it to the surface. I needed to accept a particular situation in order to let go and move on. I’ve been struggling with depression and anxiety and the aftermath in my body in the form of IBS and dry eye disease. I noticed whenever I’m doing this particular breathing exercise my eyes naturally start releasing teardrops which has helped me treat my dry eye, also my IBS problem is going away , whenever I feel agitated I come back to this video and feel connected to myself again. Thank you so much for this, it’s been helping me more than all the medicine I’ve been taking this past year. I look forward to more of your videos , I will join your patron. I make quite a lot, just don’t label them as such. Look in the “calm breathing” playlist. Most people start with the strong breathing, then later on fall in love with these slower methods

i dont know why all these meditation practice feel much better when i take an energy drink. Its more satisfying to calm down since these drink give good energy, plus i can hold my breath much more easily like if my lung power and diaphragm are more performant with the energy drink effect.

Dear Sandy, first thank you thank you and thank you! these long exhale through the mouth are may favourite videos, i feel it requires little effort on my part and therefore I do them more regularly and it makes a HUGE difference to my state of mind immediately. For some reason I don't like breathing only through the nose when I do the videos.
This is literally my favorite ratio right now for bedtime...It seems to relax me in a way that I actually can't replicate with another ratio. It's amazing. Thank you so much for introducing it to me. The whole rest of my body feels amazing afterwards but I feel as if I’m holding on to some energy in my hip flexors. Not sure if that’s a breathing thing, mobility issue or energy getting stuck in that area. Wondering if anyone else has felt that?
