He was convicted for lifetime without parole earlier, by Bruce Schroeder, the same judge that was overseeing Kyle Rittenhouse's trial, and without a doubt the man is going to face the same conviction, B. Schroeder's sentencing words were powerful and firm, there won't be any surprises.
I guess quoting B. Schroeder, this man needs to be removed from society.

I don’t know why any lawyer would represent Mark Jensen, other then trying to popularize your career…. Mark Jensen killed his wife and he knows it… this man became bored with his life and wife and then met a female whom he took interest in… and instead of divorcing his wife, because he was too comfortable at home in his comfort place, he killed his wife…. He didn’t want to give up his home and new his wife would not leave or move out, so he cowardly did the unthinkable…. He is a monster, to even have a thought of murder in his head is horrific… and the other woman is absolutely disgusting, because she played a part in this as well…. She antagonized the issue of him getting rid of his wife😢😢😢

Looks like her letter was an issue after all and now look what happened his conviction was overturned and he gets another bite of the apple without the letter, this as well as the passage of time since the first trial, then on top of that I bet this case has been long forgotten by the general public these 3 things will help him get out on a not guilty verdict
I hope not but I know the letter was the main reason he was convicted last time without that letter first and for most the prosecution has a steep hill to climb
