Thank you judge for doing the right thing for Julie, her family, and the community. Mark Jensen is exactly where he needs to be.
Absolutely spot on Judge! Mark Jensen never gave anyone else a thought, not his children or Julie.
I love how Jensen's attorney shakes her head "yes" when the judge says the evidence was overwhelming (3:50).
That one defense attorney you can tell was red faced 🥵 at Judges No Parole comment
Hmmm
This judge is amazing. Such powerful words and such a truly tragic story.
Yeah, he reminds me of Colonel Sanders.

😋🍗
Glad the judge saw through this evil man, he was and still is a monster no matter how he tries to manipulate the court that his kids need him so he should go free soon
Thank God this judge saw the truth. This POS got away with it for far too long
Such a great ,real ,down to earth Judge
I just love him
So glad Mark J got life without parole
The judge is absolutely right.. he tortured her before she finally died. I can't even imagine the pain she went through 😢😢He's definitely demonic and evil for what he did to that woman. May she continue to RIP 🙏🏿
She tortured him with her infidelity in his bed.
@@MoNICA-se3gc Well, divorce wasn't good enough for him... Well he worked and earned his punishment well enough then..
@@MoNICA-se3gc cry about it
@@MoNICA-se3gc I've just read all your comments on this video. You are seriously deranged. I suppose you'll be writing to him in prison and declaring your love. Shame on you.
@MóNICA that's no excuse for murder. You'd better watch your back!
He doesnt need any parole; 1998 to 2023, he already got 25 years of freedom. Sleep well Julie, justice has finally arrived 🙏 ❤
Luckily he was not free for the past 25 years. He was convicted in 2008 of killing his wife at their home and was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole. A Kenosha County judge vacated his conviction in April 2021 after the Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled that Jensen deserved a new trial. The court found that a letter his wife wrote incriminating him in the event something should happen to her could not be used by the prosecution. He remained in custody on a $1.2 million cash bond, until his new trial.
@@07CSthe bond was for when he was ordered a new trail. He has no bond now.
@@misty1625 he still had 10 years free sadly. It upsets me that he got that time with his sons that he stole from hers. That he had 10 years to married to Kelly and bring another child into this world with her.
@@sallycinnamon5370 Is he still Married to Kelly? I did not watch the trial because this man arrogance & coldness made me sick!!
@@babyofmyfamily
No, he isn't
I’m only 3 minutes in and there is no way this guy gets parole ever. Judge was more then fair and righteous, very great judge on complimenting they guy before ripping him apart. Should’ve gave him more time for even thinking he’d be let out for his sons
Yes. I thought the same… It was sounding a bit ominous and then he threw it at him!
@@MissHoney81 yeah that guy is gonna love with that one for another 20 yrs lol.
It’s in the title of the video lol
In the boxing world it’s called a telegraphed punch.
The judge is amazing. ...so well said about this evil monster
Bravo, Judge! 👏🏻 Thank you for being on Julie's side ❤
Judge was great in his summoning up Julie deserved justice and today the judge sentencing life no parole was extremely fitting ❤
I love this judge he is amazing he took his time and put a lot of thought into his decision.
Well done Judge 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Love this judge. He didn’t disrespect anyone, not even the defendant. He had few but precise words, weighed the few positive and many negative points, with compassion and dignity, before sharing his decision, which is entirely justified imo.
Well said and done !
Glad this person has locked up for Life what an evil person he was thank you Judge you are awesome
No Parole Please
Evil monster 🤬
💯👍🏼
This Judge showed today,
that Justice does Finally, Prevail.‼️
Well Done Your Honour.😌
Even his own lawyer can’t help but nod in agreement 3:52
I hope we get to see another trial with this judge.
Glad the family finally got the results they needed. Hopefully the 2 boys can have a relationship with their uncles. And know who their mom was❤️
I hope so too.
Is. Who their mom is. She'll live in their hearts forever. The family will make sure of it. Bless them all.
That smirk gonna fade PDQ when he gets Bubba for a cellmate/husband.
what are the penis pictures Judge is referring to referring to?
WOW that judge is absolutely correct and you can tell that awful crime got to him! And you know he has seen many vicious things! I love how the judge points out that the grown children do not have both parents because of this defendant! The judge nailed it!!
💜💛💜💛💜🕊
Rest in peace Julie x
My heart goes out to all family and friends of Julie 💕
And those boys have no parents!!🥲🥲
I love this judge!
Well they can give him his own medicine while in jail an"Antifreeze" special
Interesting that you'd like someone murdered..but you condemn an alleged murderer..
@@Swansong321 sarcasm does not come into your mind, when you read something like this? BTW it is not alleged he was found guilty. Lol the man poisoned his wife and you sort off defend him.
@@Swansong321 so you didn't want Hitler to die. 🤡🤡
He'll be soo scared stiff in jail, he's gonna NEED antifreeze!
@@Swansong321 It's not alleged. He's guilty and the other party is innocent. You all there?
Justice is no parole. Thank you, Judge.
yayyyy! justice for julie! he belongs nowhere but prison! to think he deserves to be out so he can be more involved w/ his children… the audacity! after robbing julie that right😡
I know that's right ✅
Judge;..."I sentence you to life in prison without the possibility of parole."
Jensen's lawyer nods in agreement.
Mark Jensen;..."This whole thing is so dang irritating. What gives, anyway?"
Man, the judge is p*ssed! Rightly so.
Julie's brothers are amazing people.
I feel so much for her sons though, that they have no relationship with their loving uncles.
Exactly as it should be.
Mark Jensen is a monster and life in prison is better than what he deserves, but it's the best outcome here.
I like the way the judge broke it down. Good call 👏👏
Thank you, Judge!
His lawyer informed the judge at the end she's already filed for an appeal. What I'm wondering is who's financing all the appeals for this dude?
Probably the state..one of the lawyers (the male) was a lawyer that Darrell Brooks fired and he had public defenders.
The people pay taxes, which pay for the PUBLIC defender(s). Also why the cases say "The people of the state of ___ vs. Defendant." When I was little I didn't understand that, and thought how do they include everyone in a trial, or that the whole gallery etc was going after the defendant. 😂😅
It is a good thing. His appeal should be properly filed and then handled by the court. If she didn’t appeal, he could file for ineffective assistance of counsel and potentially be let off. It is vital that the proper channels be followed, even on the taxpayers’ dime, so ensure he is never free again.
No, she said she had already informed her client of his right to appeal.
His lawyers are scum. They deserved to be locked up with him
Im glad he had a device amplifying sound. I hope he heard it loud and clear.
Rest easy, Julie ✨
We need more judges like this. Bravo. PS, Jensen looks like such a weasel.
I can’t imagine being that defense attorney, it was a hopeless case
Well done, Judge 🎉
Wow… people are really so evil. 😢
Thank you judge.
Justice has prevailed. 🇬🇧
Awesome Judge!!
He should receive the ultimate penalty.
I would hope the sons would have testified that they never want their father to be released out of prison.
They both wrote letters…I don’t think we know what is in them. But one of them wrote for the prosecution so probably did ask for that. I think the older son wrote for the defence and he probably didn’t ask for no parole in that case
Right on judge.
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🎉🎉…..Justice for Julie💐💐💐
When sentencing.....
He's lucky the death penalty isn't in WI.
Good........do not let this monster out. Julie has been dead for about 23 years......it is about time her killer faces justice.
why did it take 25 years for justice!! There is something seriously wrong with our justice system! 👨⚖
He was already found guilty and sentenced in 2008 for this case, but in 2021 the Supreme Court ruled for a retrial due to a letter from his wife incriminating him. He was only free for 10 years from 98-08 in which he remarried and had another kid.
Why is Jensen wearing the headphone?
If someone is Hard of hearing (HOH) they are afforded amplification through the internal sound system.
Love this judge, he tells it like it is! ✅
There is justice!
Why is Jensen wearing a headset?
Because of it.
Apparently he's partially deaf.
A good judge in Wisconsin ❤
He never apologized for Julie's death. He has no remorse. Just evil
Why the F they didn’t give him a death penalty after all of these years
What an absolute narcissist. The defence talked about him not being a risk to the community. There is absolutely no chance that he’s safe to release. Women everywhere are at risk from him. Women and their families should they stop him getting what he wants. Disgusting man.
RIP Julie. You are the focus and what we should remember. The judge did a great job, I think, of focusing on her. She had no rights - he gave her none. Why are his rights the focus now, especially after two attempts to lie his way out of justice and one attempt to get rid of a witness. What a complete fool.
Now, twenty-four people have found you guilty! Buh Bye!!!
What's the headphone in his ear?
Great!!!!!
Clear as water from Colorado River
And the red skirt that Defense attorney wore one of the trial days tortured us too. It was inappropriate for a courtroom.
Why was Jensen wearing headphones?
@WyattRyeSway he said he was partially deaf.
With all due respect to the judge, I know someone who drank a quart of antifreeze and it wrecked her liver and kidneys.
To this day I still don’t know why she did it almost 30 years ago.
Yes!..people with suicidal feelings are capable of anything unfortunately..sorry to hear about that
I think more to the point of how she would have had to administer it. Take a few small hits and when you see they aren’t working, take another small hit? Nah g. Someone who is suicidal goes for broke, or if they don’t go for broke the first time, they do the second.
I think the point is that he knew she was ill and did nothing about it…
But did she remain in her bed to die while vomiting and having full body pain as her organs shut down? No…I expect not. I expect, since she survived he sought medical help.
The usual goal of an overdose is to die in your sleep and never awaken. When you begin to feel pain and you know what is happening, you will generally seek help.
Yeah, and my best friend ended his own life in an impulsive OD.
That in no way changes the fact that Julie was MURDERED.
Surprising he even had a second trial after 25 years yet!!!
Good.
Not once did he apologize to her family or his children for his heinous acts!
The wheels of justice turn slow but true
5:55 😂🤣
This Judge is Great 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻....The smiling assassin received the right sentence.
Yeah
Good! Bye!
“I already did it, thank you judge” good luck bit**
Life w/ out parole! ⚖️
His attorney quick to respond to file appeal!
Is he paying support for his 2 sons??? Or is someone else paying??
I was very impressed with this judge.
He is where he should be.
The earth is dying.See all the dead trees. When the trees die,all life dies
We have no hope. Wild fires are going to spike like never before and will kill 60 to 80 percent of all forests in the next 10 years. We will not have enough oxygen to live we are completely doomed.
The end is nigh.
Same with the ocean
This judge ❤
I really like this judge y
100% agree with the Judge. And I cannot wait until this psycho exhausts his appeals. May he rot in his cell.
Let this be a warning to anyone thinking they can kill & get away with it. Walk away.
Three words per breath 🐌
Good
RIP Julie❤
This crime is why you should have the death penalty. He is evil and intentionally did it.
I agree with the judge. This is an evil man. Never let him out.
Is there a limit to how many times someone can appeal? Or can he just keep going to court until he gets the result he wants?
There is certain time 18 months I think where he can make a case for himself and then appeal and if the jury thinks it is legitimate based on his evidence and documents or prove bias of the judge or the jury, then the appeal is accepted or rejected
@@9ine-fd6zc Slight correction: "...if the jury thinks it is legitimate..." No, it's the appellate court that considers the appeal, but I'm sure that's what you meant to say. Also another grounds for appeal can be a mistake by the judge, such as allowing evidence that should have been excluded, or instructing the jury incorrectly.
@@andrewvelonis5940 Ok thank you, I didn't know about the appellate court and the other reason for appeal, learned something new
They need to have grounds for appeal and the error has to be so significant that it would reasonably have changed the outcome. There can be errors made but if they weren’t significant enough then it will usually be considered harmless error. But the chances of appeals being successful are very low. The chance that there is another new error that rose to the level of a new trial is even lower.
In America they have a potato 🥔 as president, so anything is possible!
It's gonna sound bad, but I hope the kids watched this whole trial and have overcome the brainwashing. The fact they support him bothers me to no end.
Just look at the Daybel kids… brainwashed.
I think that the younger son sees the truth. The older seems to have more issues
WHY DIDNT HE TRY TO ESCAPE????
i walk with the stick
When you find someone that's going to put up with you need to learn to love them unconditionally 🥰😍 everyone should be safe in picking out a mate for yourself because some people are psychopaths murderers 👩⚖️⚰️☠️
