  • A Wisconsin jury found antifreeze killer Mark Jensen guilty of poisoning his wife Julie to death in December 1998. Jensen's 2008 conviction was vacated in 2021 over a specific piece of evidence, granting him this retrial. The jury deliberated a short time before returning a full conviction for Jensen.

I watched the entire retrial. There was no doubt, by the evidence, that he committed the crime. The defense had a Forensic psychiatrist as a witness. She was arrogant and condescending. When she answered, she would look at the jury and go in great lengths to explain herself as if they were six year olds. It was fascinating how the prosecution reduced her expertise.

I was a little concerned about that one gentleman juror who might have been biased toward Aaron Dillard, the inmate, who apparently mistreated his sister, but the juror did not disappoint. Needless to say, justice has prevailed! The defense team, however, gave it their best shot and they're probably glad this is over with. Considering what they had to work with, I commend them for their hard work. Mr. Jambois and his wife and Carli need to take a nice vacation. Oh, heck, so should the judge. If you watch him closely he's jaw is very tightly clenched hard to see, but it is there. He had some anger in him at the verdict.

Actually it was said that once the police turned the house back over to him and he was allowed to go back to the house is when he was seen high 5ing his dad. The two of them are bad apples...rotten to the core. Dad is a convicted felon and son is a murder.

Well done to the jury for reaching this verdict, I think most people would agree it was the only verdict that could be reached. The prosecution team were amazing. Mr & Mrs Jambois would surely enjoy a glass or two of red & a great steak dinner after this. Julie, I hope you can rest in peace now, the monster is once again removed from your two precious boys. Hopefully they can see how evil he truly is, although that will cause them heartache too. As to murdering Mark, I hope you are sentenced to a whole life tariff, with zero chance of parole. I hope you live to be 100 and that every day you suffer pain and every night you suffer nightmares. To have remained married to Julie for all those years clearly causing her immense anguish was nothing short of evil. Divorce or even just separation would have been easy and all four family could have enjoyed life, but that was never an option for you.

I love that the defense asked the Judge to basically ignore the Verdict that the Jury decided upon….the Judge immediately denied the motion stating that he supported the Verdict of the Jury! It amazes me that the defense can ask a judge to overturn the verdict at all! Guilty!!! Good bye Mark Jensen
