i lost 9lbs from two months ago and can't stop bragging. i feel good and look good as well. eliminated sugar products, increased vegetable intake and exercise daily- i told God thank you for giving me the strength and the will power and now i'm on a journey- i asked God to wash away all of my sins and i forgave everyone who wrong me and I asked God to forgive me if I cause hurt to anyone. I am a new man feeling God.

That's what I'm trying to do with my bbf. She always complains about her weight, n I be complaining about mines, so I suggest that we go to the gym together. She has a membership with planted fitness n never goes n she's making monthly payments. So I said girl let's go together. She says she's to tired, or don't want to leave the house, or ima just see what my boyfriend wanna do. So I left it alone n I'm going by myself
As you should! You can’t force people to want the same things that you want. I used to be a personal trainer. So many people said they want the help but when it’s time to work. They tired. Soo many excuses. I don’t personal train anymore. But I still workout.
Do you love yourself? If so. Don’t worry about other people even though you love them. Go and lose the weight for yourself.

Can you please share with me there information my son is 300 depressed and lonely his anxiety is through the roof I need help with him as his mom I was a teenager over weight an at the age of19 I changed everything but I seriously need help with him because we are truly in different times so to see two young men sharing their story I would LOVE the help for my son I just want him to see this I was actually watching the show today Tamron Hall I didn't catch how to reach out so I googled them still don't know how to reach out to them Thanks a caring mom
