Mike Tyson will ALWAYS be my favorite boxer of all time. Hes actually one of my favorite athletes of all time in general. The way he is so down to earth and the way he turned his life around helped inspire me to change mine. People like Mike Tyson and Jeezy have had a huge impact on my life.
Mike possesses the great talent of charisma. And his is natural. He doesn't have to work at it because he's brutally honest coupled with an intelligent mind. Such a breath of fresh air.
People don't give Tyson credit for how sharp and quick he is because it's often overshadowed by some of his awkwardness and the fact that we're not used to seeing people in the public spotlight who either don't engage in or just don't have the performative social niceities and almost "fakeness" that we're used to seeing. The fact that Tyson dropped Dog Day Afternoon as a film of Pacino's he loves when Kimmel asked about Scarface showed how fast he was and absolutely authentic he is. Also who knows if this fight will be "predetermined" or not, but I'd love to see Tyson win and go hard and not hold back the way he held back in the Jones fight.
Not to take away from the positive nature of your comment, but naming another movie that Pacino is in hardly infers you are sharp. Especially if you rate the movie. Most folks wouldn't sit there going 'mmmm, ehhhhh' before answering if its something that the think is true and its something they truly like.
you are just a kid, and maybe kids in your age think that way, but a grown adult man would have to be blind and in coma for 20 years to not realize that mike is high iq and eq, this is why he was so dangerous. and as the @paolozmm said pacino bit wasnt even that here.
The man is a wonder. 30 years ago would anyone have predicted he would still be around and so universally beloved? I always thought it was a shame Cus died while Mike was still so young. All these years later it is clear Cus is still alive and inside Mike's heart and soul. Bless them both.
I’m 54. I was 16 when I watched Mike Tyson destroy Trevor Berbick in two rounds to become the youngest heavyweight champ in history. He astounded me. Here was I, a skinny 16 year old scottish kid, wondering at this incredible man only 4 years older than me. I watched that fight on itv1 because they used to show the fights for FREE in the 1980’s. But at 54 myself, and I know I haven’t been a boxer like Mike, but believe me- you are only a SHADOW of the man you were at 25. I could actually handle myself 30 years ago but I sure wouldn’t want to fight anyone aged 26 right now. I simply am too old to expect to win against a young man. The AGE catches up with you. You puff out in half a minute in a fight in your 50’s unless you have lived a VERY clean life, no drinking, no drugs etc- and Mike hasn’t lived that life. I should say, Mike LIVES his life the way HE wants to live it. Nothing wrong with that, if you are NOT fighting a 26 year old very very fit man. I hope, if Jake has ANY humanity in him, he will see Mike tiring out and take a dive after a decent punch, in TRIBUTE TO A BOXING LEGEND. Jake would not lose any ‘fans’ but GAIN them. However- I don’t think Jake has it in him to let Tyson win. If he beats up Mike he will be the most hated man in the sport. Period. If this is a real fight it shouldn’t be happening.
Mike Tyson has that special ability to be absolutely terrifying and completely likable at the same time. Such an interesting human, I hope he wins the next fight, not a boxing fan but I will be watching this one. 🤞🏼
If you're in your 50's and still running marathons, cycling, doing whatever and staying active, most 50+ year old's will tell you they feel no different to when they were in their 30's. This is what Tyson was talking about. You can't explain it until you reach it yourself. Clearly Mike is nowhere near his prime, but you still don't want to step in a ring with him with only a few of years of boxing experience, he can still put a dude to sleep with one punch. He's been fighting most of his life, from street fights in his teens to fighting some of the biggest dudes in boxing. Tyson will be peek-a-booing and causing trouble for Jake, and I believe will knock Jake out, assuming none of this is all scripted.

@@CodyLambert4U What i meant was the last 15 years or so. No one can even come closer to the prime Mike Tyson.
Dude was an absolute beast in his hey days.
Mike's on point bout that age hype & I dig his mind set 💪💪
We love you Mike!!
The calmness of Mike is scary.
We rooting for you Mike! 👊🏼 💪🏼🎉
mikes stare could knock someone out
Facts!!
Let's go Mike Tyson!
Good luck Mike Tyson!❤️
We all rooting for you
Biggest fan of mike tyson, this is a walk in thr park for a great man like mike
Let's go Mike...It would be the best part of the year if Mike wins
I love mike's great sense of humor ! 👍👍
Brutally honest Mike. I love it.
Mike looks younger since he started training again. Dude rewound the clock 20 years at least. What a legand.
What a great interview Mike is awesome he’s funny as hell too 😂😊
The man is a wonder. 30 years ago would anyone have predicted he would still be around and so universally beloved? I always thought it was a shame Cus died while Mike was still so young. All these years later it is clear Cus is still alive and inside Mike's heart and soul. Bless them both.
I love that Tyson said "Dog day afternoon" that movie is so underrated and Its my favorite Al Pacino movie!!!!
I love Mike hes the best
Good point about the middle aged men
I agree with you
Mike looks like he is in top shape. Let’s go champ!
I LOVE MIKE TYSON , HE HAS COME A LONG WAY .
Internal peace 🕊️
Mike Tyson has that special ability to be absolutely terrifying and completely likable at the same time. Such an interesting human, I hope he wins the next fight, not a boxing fan but I will be watching this one. 🤞🏼
Went to school with Mike Tyson in Catskill NY. 1980-82. 😳 True.
I hope he was your friend and not your enemy 😅
Great to see Mike is well !!!
I run marathons in my 60s but my body not same as was 30 years ago
I love this guy!!!
Funny cool dude and a living legend!
IRON MIKE TYSON 💪👊🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊
Tyson is awesome !
I LOVE Mike Tyson!! The man gets more and more immense each day
What an inspiration 😮 I wouldnt ever guess that Mike Tyson would give me such an inspiration at his 60s!
Mike looking like Thanos.
My favorite Mike Tyson quote: "I broke my back. It’s spinal."
My favourite from. Mike, "Everybody has a plan until they get punched in the mouth."
@@nangie56 That's everybody's favorite. I prefer to be more original. Such as something like, “I'm a dreamer. I have to dream and reach for the stars, and if I miss a star, then I grab a handful of clouds.”
My favorite quote is “There’s no one that can match me. My style is impetuous. My defense is impregnable.” 🔥🔥
