I make all different recipes for pizza but this is a first for this method . Can't wait to try it. I like to end my night watching David's videos, the man's voice is like soothing balm. The recipes are wonderful and he's a natural teacher.
@LipiXx483 You'll love it - give it a go and use your favorite fillings :)
@jhenderson917 You're very welcome - I'm glad you enjoy my videos and I hope they've given you a bit of inspiration :)
@kumipicks1961 Ingredient lists are in the video description ;)
@XxPuddingFaceXx You're welcome - give it a go and let me know what fillings you use :)
i've made your original recipe before- DELICIOUS! today, i was in the mood for scrolls but i didn't have any tomato sauce or anything, so i made a garlic bechamel sauce, cooked up some broccoli, and layered it on with leftover roasted chicken and cheddar cheese. SO GOOD! i love how versatile this recipe is. :)
These are always a hit. I’ve been making them for years, following this recipe.
@PKZOreoLover Let me know how they turn out, and what fillings you use :)
@Englishteapot I hope you enjoy them. Let me know what fillings you use in your scrolls :)
@Ravewingz I hope you enjoy them - let me know what fillings you add to yours ;)
@MrButterworth24 Back in the early days, I had no idea what I was doing with a video camera, so I got a friend to film me. But he didn't know much about cameras either - so the early videos are a bit dodgy ;)
love you recipes, and style of presentation, will be pointing my niece and nephews in you direction as they all go to university this year and need to develop some cooking skills, and you are the pefect teacher
@sewsweet08 Give them a go, and put in your favorite fillings. You'll love it :)
@EndlessGrind78 I'm glad you liked it my friend - let me know what fillings you use ;)
@sophsincolour Let me know what fillings you use in your scrolls ;)
Hey! I had to make something snacky for friends this weekend so I made this recipe! Everyone loved it!

Please, don't ever change :)
@farlateal Let me know how they turn out and what fillings you use ;)
Use your favourite pizza toppings - cooked chicken would be nice ;)
@uchegab I've got a pie recipe coming up next week. Something insanely simple but totally naughty! I hope you like chocolate ;)

im eating them right now and they are the best things in the world thank you!!
pizza scrolls + glass of milk = heaven!!!
Thank you!
@TimTheReaper You're welcome - let me know how they turn out ;)
hi! In Italy there is a special recipe. In the south, in Napoli it is possible to make pizza in a pan with oil. you could use David's dough but without making rolls. You can make a little pizza without topping and fry one side in oil then flip it over and add cheese, ham etc. Cover a little with a dish or lid so that the cheese can melt. Be careful when you lift the lid, water might get into the oil.
@AnythingShimmery Thanks - glad you're enjoying my videos :)
im really a bad cook I try this out and it went very well very easy to make dam it taste good so thanks for helping
@pocketbikefreak666 Thanks - I'm glad you enjoyed the video :)
@kentkentclark Make your own self raising flour by sifting together 1 cup of plain flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Makes one cup of self raising flour ;)
made this today and was able to got 24 servings.. my husband and friend liked it a lot.. less than 15 minutes its all gone... :) thanks for the incredible recipe dave!
one pot chef is the man!!!!!my one and only lord!!!!
sidenote for anybody that sees this video you can that first part with the flour and butter with a pastry cutter if you have one. That's a less messy and probably faster way to do that. No disrespect to the one-pot chef intended. I love his videos!
You can flour or lightly spray the paper with a little cooking oil if you like ;)
@TraceurZeno You're welcome - I'm glad you enjoyed it!
@Kroliczek666 Thanks - glad you enjoyed it :)
@uchegab It comes out much better when you use your hands. Besides, it's quite relaxing to rub the butter in - give it a go ;)
@ProSkilllz Awesome! I'm glad you like them :)
@sporadicfilms You're very welcome - glad you enjoyed it :)

@RunningKicksButt You're welcome - I'm glad you liked it :)
Just made these, they came out fantastic! My roomates love them!
@haunyboy117 No, you need to use butter to get the correct taste and consistency ;)
Tried these yesterday for iftar, they were great and so easy.
Yes, you can do that, I just find it makes clean up a lot easier ;)
@FangMudgeStorm You're welcome - I'm glad you liked the recipe :)
@misskritt Thanks - glad you enjoyed it :)
@shiroberry14 Thanks - I'm glad you liked it :)
Cheesy Pizza Scrolls -- I would have never thought to rolls them. I WILL MAKE THESE. Thank you!
like always you come up with yummy things to make that look really easy, will want to try this one for our get together! and you are right you can use just about anything for these.
@TheVittleVlog Glad you liked them ;)
Yes, you can use Puff Pastry instead, but make sure you don't roll the pastry scrolls up too tightly. You need to leave a little room for the pastry to expand when baking ;)
@ItsMeFawn Pesto and Smoked Turkey would be DEVINE!!!
I love this recipe sooo much! Quick, easy, TASTY!! Very cute and delicious - perfect for lunches/snacks!! :D
@TheBestVDOs These are best made as required. You could probably freeze them after baking, but as I said - probably better to make them fresh as needed ;)
I absolutely love watching your videos. You are so good in front of the camera. I would really love to make these for the kids at Thanksgiving dinner. The problem is that I have trouble with kneeling and rolling dough with my hands. Would it offend the cooking God's if I used croissant roll pastry sheets instead?
Wanda Barefoot I don't see why it should. Someone else made the comment that they use puff pastry and it works well for them :)
The cooking Gods love versatility and innovation in the kitchen afterall ;)
Finally someone that mixes scone dough like me, brilliant and double brilliant David! Fantastic!
I have this in my school canteen can't wait to make some at home
@fezan84 Just a few minutes will do. Kneed it until the pastry is smoothish and sort of elastic. Really, you're just making sure everything is well mixed and getting rid of any last lumps ;)
Look delicious! I love your videos! Being 17 i need simple recipes to make for snacks and stuff after school! Thanks!
My children love these! I use 1/2 white non-bleached and 1/2 whole wheat flour and they turn out good. Great way to sneak spinach into your picky eaters diet. :)
@lmdelsanto1 Thanks Louise - I'm glad you're enjoying my videos ;)
Just caught up to all your videos..as usual, I am a great fan.. I could watch your videos all day...love them...I learn so much.....hugs, louise
I love this man! I can't wait to make this with my kids
I just subscribed. Had to. Been drooling all day in the office watching OnePotChef.
@missrosetejano You should be able to find gluten-free flour at your local supermarket. Check the health food aisle. Should work exactly the same as regular flour ;)
@Kurasutaru Thanks. I agree with your comments re: vegetarianism. It's a shame some people take it to extremes...
Thanks for watching ;)
@EazyslashD Thanks - give this recipe a go sometime, you'll love it :)
omg i just made them and they came out peeeerfectly! never thought that these few ingredients would make such delicious pizzadough but yuuuuuuuuuuuuuuummmmiii thanks for the recipe!!!♥
This is a cool idea David. x
I love your recipes, great work, I must make these
@p4kiprincess You can if you wish - this pastry is good for making savory pies ;)
@Yeyah34 No problem - I will ;)
I like the way you say "until next time, see you later"
awesome recipes as always!
Still making these in 2020, love the show man 👍
@orangedac If you use a low fat cheese and a lean ham (or vegetables) it's actually not so bad for you as an occasional treat ;)
@DeathDoomyVidz Indeed it is! I hope you enjoy it :)
@Barnekkid I'm about 6'6 ;)
@ABostonElite That's the line!
RUclips recommended this one 😊✨. In norway these pizza scrolls were sold in supermarkets 😀. That was around 24)5 yrs ago 😱
@ziddy1232 LOL yeah that's easy to do. You just have to restrain yourself or else the fillings will explode all over the place :)
Yummo! I made something like this in year 10 last year, except we used rolled out bread instead and djon mustard instead of tomato sauce.
I`m goin to try it now. BECUSE IT LOOKS SO GOOOOOOOD!!!!!
@MrButterworth24 LOL yeah the one from the end of the roll is usually a bit dodgy - I just add extra cheese to cover it up :P
@BeastmanAiDz LOL I try to accommodate Vegetarians when possible, I just couldn't believe the uproar over last week's video (and some of the comments in this one!)
Yum! Have you ever done this I using refrigerator buttery crescent rolls? You can leave it I long roll & then add same toppings you did! Lovely treat for anyone!
Thankyou so much for this recipie . The finnished result is so nice
@lyntqh I'm glad you are enjoying my recipes ;)
@AgathaKrizty Go bake some now - you won't regret it!
it's like a huge rolled up filled in biscuit ! mmmmmmmmm I will definitely try this!
this looks great and is super easy to make.
@krestedkay Absolutely ;)
@IamKris411 I hope you enjoy them :)
We make these at work except we cheat and use puff pastry ;) try them with pizza sauce, Bbq sauce, shredded bbq chicken and cheese and roll they taste amazing!!
Thank you for sharing your recipe, I´m gonna do it for my kids.
@HammyLover55 LOL the anagrams are getting a little abstract, aren't they?!?!
@raymayvl It's an anagram ;)
looks great i havent made these in years. my kids might like them. tyvm
you can do the same recipe with puff pastry and it works just fine may be even better but much faster
