I just got one of these. This is my biggest/most spacious case I've gotten so far for my gaming builds. Nice that it comes with all the fans included too.
1,5 years of using this case and I've been satisfied. As a small woman, those handles are very helpful when I need to move my PC for a bit or if I want to fully clean it and take it out of my room. No more bear hugs heh.
i have this case for about an year now, loved it, love the huge spaces inside and also the magnetic filters to prevent dust~

I just built a full TUF Gaming PC and bought the GT301 as I didn't know this existed. My local Canadian PC shop didn't carry this. I will be upgrading to this soon hopefully, however I am curious ...
Why on earth do you not sell ARGB fans? The non RGB fan in the rear of my 301 and this 501 really take away from it.

I just upgraded to this case from a antek d700 the carrying handles make carrying this case easier because I can unhook it and pick it up by the handles unlike the d700 which you have to bear hug to carry it

I know the case is a later model, but I feel I’m going ahead and purchase in the near future *prays|hope it’s no discontinued* would upgrade it from my beautiful Corsair Graphite (latest model) to this one! And price is amazing knowing it has tempered glass and a shroud to neatly hide cables :) would be great addition to add to my Asus collection even though it’s not released to the ROG division 😂but hey I got plenty metal ROG badges so a win-win 😅

Bought this case to go with a tuf 3090, tuf z590 mobo to make a tuf themed pc.
It’s so easy to build in this! My only gripe is I wish the front had a USB-C port

i love asus designs. this must be the best case in the world currently. there are WAY more expensive cooler master cases but they dont offer anything more than this. this is just pure 10/10 perfection. sadly its out of stock now everywhere in my country lol...

@@syedtalha351 i bought it 4.5 years ago and this is still the best case im the world tbh. Strong heavy and huge. Easy to clean. Can hold 4090 rog as well. No part is yet broken. Extremely satisfied.

@@LoLitsfares Do you have an Asus mainboard? If so, just install Aura Sync. If not, then I do not know if you can.

My 3 front RGB fans are stuck on breathing blue and I can't find anything about how to fix this. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Armoury Crate but nothing.
I was choosing between this case and the Phanteks Pro2. They are both the same price but in the end I went for PP-2 because it is a full size ATX, whereas the GT501 is a large mid size ATX. The PP2 has capacity for 15x120mm case fans (GT501 only 7x120mm) and the PP2 has capacity for 12 HDD's or 11 SSD's, whereas the GT501 only has capacity for either 4HDD's+3 SSD's OR 5 SSD's+2 HDD's OR 7 SSD's.
Also, I managed to get a brand new PP2 off ebay for £100 incl p+p, whereas the cheapest GT501 I could find was off Amazon for £150. Finally, the GT501 is almost two and a half years old, whereas the PP2 is 8 months old. Asus should make a revised edition of the GT501 which will have feature and price parity with the PP2.

@@beachboy_boobybuilder I am trying to put two 3000 series cards into the Pro M case, one has 360mm Rad plus water cooling the cpu with H105. It's going to get crowded in there, ha ha ha!

Does anyone know if it is a good idea to install Geforce 3090 in EKWB cooling enclosure (EK-Quantum Vector²) which weight is exactly 3kg on the 2 vertical expansion slots existing in GT501 to have it vertically mounted ? Or maybe it's too heavy ?
update: ASUS support said no :D 3kg is not recomended, so, new case will be fine, but that;s good, due the the fact Zenith II is to large and covers all grommets, besides for entire custom water loop, extended is definetalyy to small

Yes, this case is pretty big. The 140mm fan in the rear should give you a idea of the size of it

Waiting for my delivery and have 3 HyperX fury rgb ssd's to fit in them drive bays...
Oooooof, might wanna return those ssds. There have been many issues with overheating due to the 70+ rgb LEDs inside the SSD. Might wanna switch it with tforce rgb SSD, more surface of rgb but still no issues with cooling.

The only thing missing from this case is a reset button, if it had that I would be getting it .

why you care so much about this button... I use reset button on my PC once a year
press and hold power button, your pc will restart automatically
@@TheGloriousRussian It's very useful if your PC locks up. Can almost always guarantee a restart without needing to force shutdown.

Why do case makers feel the need to put a front panel on that will restrict the air flow is beyond me. Mesh front or gtfo!
cause this thing must look like a train and thats what it makes it beautifull. It even has handles to use it as a ram to storm houses and steal their rtx 3080

no it doesnt and the logo is a shield with wings not a tramp stamp, it looks like coolermasters cases, guess why? cm is part of the tuf alliance and probably had something to do with the creation of this case
