Have had this case for years now and I still love it. With so many cookie cutter boxes with 3 front fans on full display this case is different without being weird. Its handles have made it so much easier to move. And its so rugged it still looks brand new.
Kept the caution sticker on the glass as I think it complements the style.

I was thoroughly shocked to note that this video is from 4 years ago. It's 2023 and this case, in all its glory, is still alive and kicking at the retail level for $135. That, alone, says a lot about the quality of the case. I mean, I was sold on the design and layout as soon as I saw it on Amazon but I'm even more committed now after recognizing that it hasn't been outmoded in all this time.

Thank you for this. I just saw one of these cases in a shop, really liked how it looked, but wanted to look at some reviews before pulling the trigger. This is EASILY the best review I've been able to find on this case, VERY in-depth, and you put in a fair bit of work doing a full build to test how good it is to build with and addressed my only question; how is the airflow?
First time on your channel, won't be the last, subbed. If all your reviews are this in depth, you just became one of my 'go to' reviewers.

Got this one myself. What a wonderful case to work on. While it is absolutely massive, all the space makes installing everything a breeze.

as a person who actually used an extended ATX motherboard (one of those supermicro dual xeons boards). You will need to actually drill holes in the tray to get more mount points. Honestly, very very VERY reliable case. Bought two of these cases (one for my main computer, still use it and might get another case for RTX 3000 card build, and my supermicro 3 gamers 2 CPU build)
I will leave a disclaimer that the fans included are quite useful in pushing air, on my supermicro (not intended use case to begin with) most likely will need to invest in getting some 3000RPM fans as the fans are 1500 RPM out of the box. Thermal shutdowns due to airflow not being fast enough for the GPUs (also they are pretty much sandwiched together tightly so theres that).
Honestly, I will always recommend this case for building in and not a bad price for the actual quality of this thing. The sheets of metal in this thing are just dense and very VERY VERY STRONG.
Not recommending that you drop test it on opening the cardboard box tho. glass luckily didn't shatter when it was giving me a fight getting out of the box.
Thanks for the video as it influenced my purchase a year ago.

I have been looking into this 5 years old case. It looks pretty good but even though it supposedly supports E.ATX motherboards, i am still unsure if my E.ATX motherboard will fit in this case. I have already been burned by something like this before. Bought a Cooler master case that also claim that it supports E.ATX MOTHERBOARDS and it turns out it didn't. Motherboard completely cover the cable holes and there was nowhere to go to route the cables. Even though I'm a little unsure, this one looks to be a little safer than the cooler master case that i bought that didn't work with my big motherboard. It looks like i can also use the HDD holes to route cables with this one, if i need options.

This is a big case. Listed as a mid tower case, this case is as huge as my previous Corsair 760T. Air flow is outstanding. My gpu is vertically mounted and is cooled very well by two 140 mm fans on the front. The top of the case supports 280 mm and 360 mm radiators. Cable management is excellent, and the extra room on the back side allows for cables to be neatly routed. Psu shroud is a plus to hide your cable.
Some aspects of the case that need improvement would be the plastic psu shroud. It feels cheap. I wish they could have used anything else but plastic in its construction. Also, there is no reset button on the front panel. This is a big inconvenience when im doing overclocking. The only way to reboot the computer is to press and hold the power button down to power off the pc and turning it back on. Finally, i wish Asus could have used rubber gromets instead of leaving a big space where you mount ssds.

    @TheRavensberg 5 лет назад

Great review, wicked case! My only suggestion would be to make the ssd mounts be able to cover either side of the mount hole to allow the cables to be on the right and have that Samsung logo upright. Just my OCD when it comes to visual perfection. All in all I will be upgrading and replacing my 280mm AIO with the Asus 360mm AIO and Thor PSU 🤔🤔 Corsair cases have been my go to for most builds lately for budget reasons; this case will be for my personal rig. 👍🏻👍🏻 TYSM for your time and sharing😃😎

at 11:04 " no rubber protectors for the cable management " : there is a material - i dont know how that is called - which is similar to the rubber used for the other slots for the cable managements, which you can use to make those upper slorts have cable protection. That rubber is used on some doors and windows and has enough " lip " that part which is supposed to get grip ) so that you can put that around and it grips very well since those slots has the semce ountside instead of inside. you cut of as much of that material as you like - look for it in one of the hardware stores nearby - and you place that around the edge of the slots. the said lip gets grip on the very welding seme but you can also make that to be a permanent soultion and glue it on place - please be careful to use glue which does not damage the color so that you do not end up with blank metal there - and so you have a fully protected place throughout whioch you can fidle the cables. I had a nzyt case where those rubber things got after a while lose their fiting they got well lose and felt of and i planed to do exatly this but anyway i fried that board ( dont ask me how even though i think one of the screws of the upper colers felt in and caused a cirkuit short...at least i heard a bang and smoke ). However i think to either resuse the case for a new build but i have an issue with it having only standrad usb ( its a nzxt phantom 410 atx ...if anyone can tell me how i can change parts of it and hwere i can get those please tell me ) or this case will be the one to use and i will do exactly that what i tell you to do and yes you still can even if the cables are allready inthere because that material is not that hard to put on there since it is like a long piece.
but now a question from my side since i anway need that for music production and Music video Production and a litle of graphics design ( mostly for the video produckton ). does it get very loud when it runs at its full performance ? this would be an issue for me if that is the case due to vocal recordings and since i do not have the room for a fullfleadged studio and all is in a home Environment i need it to be as silnet as possible. next is : can i shot off the rgb? this is very disturbing for me while writing songs and composing chords and melodies and so on and forth. I did not find on the pages i visited any information about the rgb neither aout how loud it can get ! so it would be nice if you tell me that since you build one with it.
thanx alot KitGuru and you got a new subscriber

Very, very nice review of the case. This case is the base for one of the online store builds you can order. I am not really experienced with these components and I was wondering whether you would prefer a regular fan or watercooling like the COOLER MASTERLIQUID ML120R ARGB for a system with an i7-10700K and RTX 2060 8GB graphics card? Thanks so much for your input :)

Got it now for SG$99.00 as it is on sale and got EVGA AIO 360 for $83.00. Great case for 360 radiator.

I think the added price is fine. Most cases in the price range you are talking about lack space. This is basically a full size tower case minus the added length for a second psu. I was going to buy a corsair case and save 50 bucks. But I wanted to fit the noctua nh-d15 with its second fan with ease. It was definitely worth the purchase.

Very Cooler Master-ish case! Looks nice, but I don't get the point of including 3 front RGB fans when they are hardly visible in such a closed front panel. If they had added a tempered glass front panel, they would make sense!

I just picked one of these up for my PC. I have an ASUS TUF board, and been looking to both replace my current case (Corsair Carbide SPEC-4) with something I can both carry easier but also look and function better, and I also need a case for my second build (a build using all my older parts) so... can't wait :)

If I ever get my TUF 3080 I think I'll buy this case.

I just ordered this case in white and this video was very helpful in showing me where everything goes. Sadly, my old Asus Vento 3600 just cannot support the massive graphics cards coming out these days. :( I may paint the new case since I've loved that apple green for so long now.
