I have this case from 4.5 years. No issues ever faced. So strong and easy to clean. Currently i have mounted my 4080 vertically without any issues. Its a heavy case and you will never get disappointed even in 2023.
Did you use also the support or just the cable for vertical mounting? I just ordered the 4070, but my stupid motherboard has the sata slots on the bottom, and the gpu will be stuck on the cables...

Yeah, I regret going with thermaltake view 51 tg instead of this one. I mean view 51 is huge and has lot of space and everything you could ask for a casing but I kinda don't like the look.

Would you consider this a high airflow case with 3 radiator fans exhausting on top and the 3 front fans? I am thinking about installing a 3080 TI founders edition and am worried about the GPU temperatures. Also you mentioned installing extra fans, where would you do that on this case?
It may not have the best airflow, but its still pretty good. You can install a total of 7 fans in it. 3080 Ti founders runs on lower wattage, so should be easily managable.
Tbh, consider another case if thermals are important to you. I bought the GT501 based on the review, but the case has a hard time handling a Gaming X Trio 2080Ti and an i7-8700 cooled by a H115i kit (rad mounted in front, intake fans), one of the stock fans at the bottom of the front, and three 140mm LL fans in the top.
@@TechReflex Kinda defeats the purpose of purchasing a TG case if I was to invite all the dust inside. ;-) I'll give it a go. Thermal panic is 83c for the mentioned GPU. If I remove the side panel, temperature drops 10c (!!!) under full load.
@@puttitat2851 I've personally never put dust filter with a radiator intake, and my builds have not gotten dusty. Besides, this case has handled a freakin Threadripper 3970x (also check out that video), so an 8700 is nothing.
Idk anything about pcs so I have a question when you buy Asus tuf gaming GT501 do you have to buy anything to put in it or for it (I don't mean monitor, mouse and keyboard)??
Yeah, you only get the case with fans inside, you have to buy all components like CPU, GPU, Motherboard (check out my video where I also build a PC in it). If you buy a 'Pre built' PC, you will get components pre installed inside it.
The front fans are not ARGB, I know that much - are they PWM-enabled, though? Cannot seem to find that information anywhere. Asus does not bother with it on their website, of course -.-

Yeah but the stock solution will keep the GPU too close to side panel, so you'll have to use aftermarket kit from Cooler Master, but then you'll need to cut the PCIE slot dividers from the case.
