This is a deposition for a divorce/custody case. Seems like a decent, albeit dim, guy. Ladies, the best way to ensure your kids grow up to despise you is to keep them away from their dad and make every interaction miserable. The best way to make sure you never move on and wallow in self pity is to use the courts as a battering ram indefinitely. Being a crap husband doesnt mean he’s a crap dad. Don’t make it impossible for him to visit the kids, then complain you have no help. Best thing I ever did was work hard to be friends with my ex and we’ve had a great relationship for 20 years. I couldn’t agree more. This is the most disgusting deposition and lawyer I have ever seen. Let me tell you something if he was accused of molesting his child and he is now getting visitation alone. It was nothing but mom trying to keep him away from the children. I am a child that went through this stuff, and guess what the parent that tried to keep me away from the other parent I have nothing to do with them and haven’t for years and I am best friends with the parent that I was alienated from as a child. Not always true with children. Alot of times, if the child doesn't disclose abuse, which most don't because they love the parent no matter what, the children still see their father. Its strange not to be able to answer that simple question. Additionally the purpose of the booster seat should be for eating at the table. This is how depositions often go. Are you surprised that counsel doesn't like the opponent in a case? This surprises you.

So…he took 4 vacations “for pleasure” and several long trips “for setting up lessons”… Has a new car… But has 2 crib sized mattresses on the floor for his kids. and held 2 toddlers plus a phone on a slide and BROKE his daughter’s leg… Can’t feed his son a bottle because she wouldn’t provide one… (That’s not her job to provide a clean bottle and milk on his time-That would be his job to buy formula or breast milk.) But he skips the first 2 days of visitation except for 2 late hours… Father of the year. 😢😢 even before the fact that he thinks it’s fine to sleep with the kids…after accusations…so terrible. @@DavidThomas-me6pi You'll need to ask counsel, but this is not that tough an examination by deposition standards. It's a cross examination with few rules about what can be asked. This is how depositions often go. Are you surprised that counsel doesn't like the opponent in a case? This surprises you.

This dad needs a prize. The world would be a better place if we were more like him. I couldn’t be as polite as he is after a disgruntled crazy ex-wife made false allegations as a means of harming the father/child relationship. Compounding the problem is the attorney spent zero time preparing for this deposition, and is obviously milking it for money, not the wellbeing of the guy’s kids.
