1. 12min Happy Sweat, Runaway (U & I) - oooookaaay, that is actually from 2020 HAHA. But I always loved the last song so much, I had to give it to you as an option! Intense start with the (hopefully) most energetic Mountain Climbers you will do today.
2. Don’t Let Our Love Die - probably my favorite song workout of this year! Good mood, dancy & not too hard!
3. Boss B**tch - ohhhhh yeah. Ready to feel female gangster and super duper cool?
4. 10min Sweaty Endorphins, Move Your Body - a sweaty HIIT style ending, that is so nicely on the beat, you won’t even dare to do it slower :D
This workout is great to:
▸ only do your favorite parts all at once hohoho
▸ have a mix of HIIT and dancing
▸ burn lots of calories
▸ improve your endurance
▸ boost your mood & just be happyyyyy

Apart form the good mood & I can also guarantee a serious number of burned calories here.
▸ I burned 80kcal in those 10min (which is a loooooot).
Depending on your height, weight and fitness level this might vary between 80-160kcal.

Let me tell you this workout is ITTTT!!! I used to HATE dance workouts, because they didn’t really feel that fun… but THIS is really something. Was super fun, especially after not moving my body for a while :D

Day 1 of wee 41🔥101022 (wohooo it's been a long time that I'm doing workout at night!! At first I feel tough and lost energy cause it's 2 abs workout for me but after finished all that workout and finally is new dance workout! But I realized that this is a combination of the previous dance workout, when comes to the second song, idk why but I feel like I wanna cry, all the memories comes in my mind! I still in love with workout, dance workout, abs workout and all the workout that I do! I knew that I 'm strong and powerful compared with last year! Thank you that makes me feel stronger and energetic! Sweaty rn but fun tho! Love ya!💙🔥

Der erste Song passt gar nicht, mal abgesehen davon, dass Happy Sweat nicht in diesem Jahr veröffentlicht wurde und auch niemand Mountain Climbers am anfang schon haben will 😅 Ich finde I'm good hätte hier viel besser gepasst, weil es zu Beginn voll der Mood booster gewesen wäre und es sowieso ein hammer war! Beim Sweaty Endorphins Song hätte ich lieber crazy what love can do gehabt, ansonsten wie immer einfach top und trotz meiner Kritik und den anfänglichen Mountain Climbers auch ein endorphin erregendes Workout! Danke für alles pam 🖤
