possibly something with a mechanical movement which is way more horologically pure than a quartz movement . sadly mechanaical movement are more pricier , Seiko although make some very affordable and quality mechanical watches , give them a try if you need any help I am always here to assist :)

Wood & Graphite Prague is great and all, but you should visit Olomouc. Beautiful and very analogue City. We have astronomical clock and stuff!
