My lucky day. I was looking for something else and your vid came up. I've always been afraid of half tones but I'm about to try my first one. Thanks.
@Davidwebb Thank you. You will see how nice is going to come out. And thank you for subscribing.
@@tainoink what ink did you use?
I used a 230 mesh and black plastisol ink from Wilflex Lava.
Nice. There’s a way to get the halftone dots to look like Accurips using photoshop. It’s a video I came across RUclips explaining how to do it. I’ll try to look for it and link it back on here for you when I find it.
@M Oraha That will be cool. Thank you.
@@tainoink Here you go: ruclips.net/video/Vc-X8zYe4ZU/видео.html. Basically, he suggests typing in the maximum resolution that your printer can handle. In his case, for his Epson 1430, he used 2880 as the resolution instead of 300. I tried this myself with a high quality image and it looks great.
Man I own a shop and I wanna do my own tees, this is hands down the best screen printing tutorial I've seen!!! Thank you so much!!!! Just need to figure out how to print on transparency and how to expose at home 🤣

I just spent the better half of this morning trying to figure out how to screen print a photo on to a T-Shirt and it was driving me nuts. Stepped away from it all for a few hours (even took a nap) to shake off the frustration. Just jumped back online and this one of your vid's came up in my YT menu. What are the odd's? Nice video... What is your flash dryer time on plastisol ink? Can you use water base ink on image? What do you recommend?
45 seconds I work only with plastisol inks. But you can also work with waterbase. I don't know the timing for water base
This is amazing work.
Super...
Looks great. What's the thing you're talking about at 4:40? Accurate?

No. It was just one screen.

On this image, if you were to print on a black shirt would you do a white base first? Or invert image colors in PS and print with white only?

Bro Nice.
Thank you Thomas
Ur Osam i learn alot from you thank you .....
This is so helpful! I’m planning to put my artworks on a shirt but they’re too detailed and figured that this will help! Just wondering how to do it accurately just like what you were saying in the video? Thanks 😊
It all starts in photoshop. You have to convert the image into a halftone image and then you will be able to print it just like any ordinary stencil.
Thank you my man!!
Thats dope bro. It came out super clean. What silver ink are you using and what mesh screen for that silver ink?
@quazybol Thank you. Tne metallic silver ink comes from Wilflex and the mesh is a 110. You could use an 86 mesh too.
This is awesome! What type of silk should I buy to make the screens?
great work!
Thanks a lot!
Do these have to be done on a white shirt or can they go on a black shirt. Would it be just the opposite that you would be able to use white or grey ink?
do a video with regular photo printing like you just did, and a accurip one so we can see the difference to help up setup these type of print jobs...
nice video ! Appreciate ya.
Thank you. And Thank you for subscribing.
Thanks for the half tones advice. Im BRAND NEW at screen printing so your videos help so much. I know you’re a busy guy but is there any way i could get in contact with you? Thanks so much for the videos again 🙏
