It wasn’t on ours earlier until we learned about them and got our hands on one. It’s a sweet rifle and very impressive. It’s just right for a hunting rifle using the AR platform!
Brenton is, quite simply, the highest quality AR the hunting world has never heard of. Simply incredible and completely designed AS A HUNTING RIFLE. 10/10 can recommend.
I have built a Franken 6 o’clock with inexpensive pieces. I must say it is very accurate. I’m not going to push much over 85 grain bullet.. I will be only hand loading for it
No insult intended -but you don’t get to throw out “I pulled that one” shots. Shoot the gun with a minimum of 5 rounds per group on a bench and the results are what they are - no mulligans. If something is wrong - like a loose scope mount - then do the entire round over - but no selective shots are ever removed from the group. Including more data on each round of shooting would be good as well. Thanks for the work you put in and I hope this advice helps your methodology.
😆 1/2" with the V-Match, that group is every bit of 1". Tenth of an inch with the 105s ? It was a good group but closer to .3" The gun shot decent, but you come off as a shill with those exaggerated numbers.
Lord have mercy. It was a rough estimate on the fly. I have pictures of the groups with ballistic X and it’s impressive using a 3-18 and less than 100 rounds through the gun. The word shill is overused and abused for people and should be reserved for people who are outright lying and making gross over exaggerations. What if I’m just enthusiastic because 95% of ARs do not shoot that good?
First group is 3/4". Shoot some 5 or 10 shot groups man. 3 doesn't prove anything. Especially with an AR or a varmint type rifle/cartridge. Throw some calipers on those groups. You are being overly optimistic on those groups sizes. I wouldn't watch anymore of your videos, based on your lies.
It’s a rough estimate at a glance. Additionally I posted these groups on social media, Facebook and instagram before the video was edited to support and show group sizes using ballistic X. No lies were said. Next let’s get off the 5-10 shot groups man, there are so many trains of THOUGHT to prove certain points or accuracy. When a company says it’s capable of a 3 shot sub MOA group, our goal is to demonstrate or back up claims. Then you look at the groups and the gun consistently shoots sub MOA with all the ammos but one. We shot a 5 shot group with Fort Scott that measured at .55 MOA. Finally, this is a hunting rifle used for hunting purposes. 3-5 shot groups and demonstration or proof of accuracy is ideal in this case. Give me a battle rifle and let’s see how it performs under heat and round count but a cold hunting rifle doesn’t need that. We even demonstrated how it shoots when hot, which was impressive when you consider other brands and their 2.5 to 3 MOA averages. Before you attempt to say I lied or any of the above, have an intricate level of understanding with all of the facts and an objective point of view. Think about this, you really think I would show the groups and their sizes and then just outright lie and gaslight the audience when anyone can see how it shoots based off the video? Do you honestly know how dumb that sounds. A lot of people like to make ignorant statements or comments and interject subjective information as factual data, but it’s not. As far as not watching anymore of our videos, that is ok with us, we can’t earn everyone as a loyal community.
For the record im a 6 arc fan boy. This video is all inflated. Velocity seems a bit inflated. (I could be wrong). The characteristics of the gun seem silly. Why not have normal Mlok slots all over the handguard? Why limit the gun? Also the gun groupings that gun is putting out are not impressive. The most available box of bullets are unable to be shot through this barrel. Hard pass.
Well you are wrong, unfortunately. The velocity is correct and was literally read off my chrono. We should be happy it’s achieving numbers consistent with a box. It’s a 22 inch barrel. This is a rifle geared towards hunting and hunters. There are more than enough mlok slots it comes either way two pic rails and has QDs built in. All in my opinion of course. This is in my opinion and looking at it with an objective lens for its purpose. It’s not a tactical rifle. The twist rate is a 1-7.5 which is the ideal twist rate for 6 ARC. It shoots the most available 6 ARC ammo on the market well. Not real sure what the issue is but thank you for sharing.
@@HuntFishShootChannel even if all the other things I mentioned are truly not necessary traits in a rifle, the accuracy is not impressive. Maybe post a follow up video once the barrel is broken in?
You like overrated products. Fort Scout Ammunition is legit shit. And Shadow Systems are overrated as hell. I'll still watch and support but I'll always tell you straight up how i feel about the products you push
I do not like overrated products. For instance, have you seen me push any fort Scott on bolt gun reviews for 308 or 6.5? No because it shoots like crap. But in this case it shot very well and continued to do so. Then in the same token I shot the Hornady and it shot just as well if not better. Shadow Systems may be overrated to you but that’s a subjective opinion of you and some others, meanwhile the majority of people do not feel that way. We dont push products on this channel we do not personally believe in. I trust my edc choice as a CR920XP because I believe in it and I’m a very effective shooter with it. I have over 60 hand guns and I choose it. I appreciate the support and you watching as always
My 6mm arc loves the BLACK
It shoots so well! I almost can’t believe how well the 6 ARC Black shoots
I hand load my 103 eldx with staball match shot a 1/2 moa yesterday and smacked 600 yards 1moa in 20mph wind
what are you getting for speed with the Staball?
16in barrel and a 7.5in can. Handloads range from 80gr cx 29.7gr 2660fps. 103 eldx 29.4gr 2613fps. 108eldm 29.1gr 2910fps.
What rifle your running that in?
I run the new smith Leo axe in 556 and 6arc
Brenton wasn’t on my radar, but it is now. Learning more about the newer hunting calibers would be awesome 🇺🇸
It wasn’t on ours earlier until we learned about them and got our hands on one. It’s a sweet rifle and very impressive. It’s just right for a hunting rifle using the AR platform!
Finally someone is reviewing a Brenton.
What an incredible rifle! Very impressive!
Brenton is, quite simply, the highest quality AR the hunting world has never heard of. Simply incredible and completely designed AS A HUNTING RIFLE. 10/10 can recommend.
You put this perfectly! I couldn’t agree more!
Dang, you're having me save for so many guns now. Gonna have to be living off Ramen noodles for a long time! 🤣🤣
Hahha save it all for this one 🥵
My Brenton USA 6.5 Grendel shoots the Hornady Black and the V-Match extremely well.
That’s awesome and I can’t say surprised!
I have Brenton in 450 Bushmaster. It is an excellent rifle and shits sun MOA.
That is awesome! Glad to hear it shoots well!
It would also be nice to see the performance in gel for the Fort Scott and Honardy stuff out at a range you would be hunting with this rifle.
That would be, it’s obviously tough showing ballistic gel at distance for that but something at 300 would be very manageable
@@HuntFishShootChannel I think 300 is very reasonable. Some hunters don't go past 100yards and some do. It would be much appreciated 👍.
@hersheyroseman4508 ok thanks!
Nice looking rifle.
For sure!

Curious on why you need an ar10 to hunt. Never been hunting so idk anything but isn’t it a one shot type of activity?
NOT an AR-10. It is an AR-15. Significantly smaller platform (usually).
Some people use them for feral pigs which can be in large groups and offer multiple targets.
Tight

Ok thanks. I can call a pulled shot when I know I did it, as I’m shooting it.
I appreciate the other information though, input is always welcome!
Christmas might come a little early this year 👀
I know it did for us when we got this!

Do you think you can do video's base of the question we ask in the comment?
We take lots of viewer request and a lot of times make videos related to them!
Ok bro thanks

Mine doesn't like Hornady Match either, I built 6 Arc custom almost 2 years ago, shoots 1/2 MOA with my handloads all day

If more Ammo was available it would sell better. We have all seen how well it shoots, but Ammo is limited and very expensive. Keep it bro.
