Even with limited screen time you can tell George had great respect for Samuel L. Jackson. From allowing him to choose his color for his lightsaber to having a prominent role on the council, and ultimately having some of the best (albeit brief fights) with Jango and Palpatine. A great leader knows how to cater to the abilities of those they lead and George could give a master class on that. Bravo.

Mace Windu had more screen time in the clone wars show than he did in the prequel trilogy, and that's saying a lot from someone who loves all 3 of the movies
I mean, the Clone Wars show lasted 7 entire season, there is way more screen time to be had there than in a trilogy of movies. For example Mace Windu got more screen time in the series (97 minutes) than Obi-Wan had in the prequels (92 minutes).
I also enjoyed all the movies, if you skip the pod racing part in ep 1 its a really badass movie. Darth maul rules. General greivius is cool. Samuel jacksun? Yup! No complaints.

Mace was to strong of a character to have in anymore series literally he had the most battle experience and had just beat 3 of the strongest Characters in the series in Battle that’s Dooku and Jango both in one battle Dooku retreating Jango Beheaded, palpating fried was also becoming wiser with every Battle and was avoided by almost every enemy in battle

But thats just speculation cause i dont know how it influences the strenght of a Sith Lord to have an apprentice or the strenght of a Jedi if so many old companions are dead, futhermore its possible Sidious just held back too turn Anakin to the dark side...
If you watch the Yoda vs Sidous fight you will notice that Sidous doesnt seem to have his light saber in the later half and starts using cheap tricks like keeping his distance and throwing the "senate rings" at him.

His volatility is rooted in his trauma of losing his mother and having no true father figure in life. Which leads to his toxic attachment to Padme. And that's just the personal side of things. On the grand scale, The Jedi council was too dogmatic and narrow sighted to see that they were being manipulated. Their caution combined with Anakin's abrasiveness led them to be wary of him. The entire galaxy is put at odds with each other and adds to the confusion.

I watched this film in theaters. My favorite part was Palpatine's screech from hell spin. (Sadly, I didn't know much about Star Wars at that time. In fact, I didn't actually watch the entire franchise, including the animated series, until 2022). Before watching the entire series from start to finish, my favorite character was Jango Fett. His suit, armor, and jet pack have always been pretty awesome. After watching the entire series, I had high hopes of seeing Ezra become a Canon version of Starkiller under Maul's apprenticeship + the sith artifact.
I am upset by the fact his total screen time is 10:37 seconds. I'm sure Maul got worst. These two characters were awesome, and did not get the attention in these films. I would like to see them again as in a prequel of this prequel. \ The narrative idea of them surviving their death is cheap and flawed. Specifically Maul, the man fell down the endless pit and split in half on the the way down. I give Windu a 5% chance,but would need a good reason.

Mace Widu fall from the top of the Ecummenopolis, which means the position is at least 100 kilometers from the sea level, and the closest ground is at least multiple dozen levels below with solid concrete and metal ground. His skull will be crushed before he can even use the dark side to survive.

I read in another video here that in Episode III an alternate ending for Windu detailed that because Anakin told the truth about Palpatine being the Emperor that Windu was going to finally grant him the rank of Jedi master.

He should have been in the Heroes vs Villains mode in Battlefront 2 if he killed the strongest villains in the galaxy.

Unfortunately he was too powerful to be kept alive, so the power of the script probably killed him (he would have killed Vader at least, and Vader had to kill Palpatine)

I read in another video here that in Episode III an alternate ending for Windu detailed that because Anakin told the truth about Palpatine being the Emperor that Windu was going to finally grant him the rank of Jedi master.

Yes Anakin wont likely beat Palpatine/Mace 1v1 but his force power & especially potential is already extremely high, look what he did on mortis. Even after losing midichlorians, starkillers force storm which killed thousands of troops didnt do shit to him

The prequels never made Anakin feel larger than life. Chosen one war hero it always seemed like they had me in a weak position.
Anakin while he was extremely talented, he also lacked emotional discipline and was extremely arrogant. His poor decision to let his emotions control him and rush at count Dooku costed him his arm and almost his and Obi wan's life.

The way SLJ portrays Windu, is with an attitude, provocative and agressive, often even angry. These are not virtues of the Force and definitely not of a Jedi Master.
