Amazing that Eagle has managed to avoid much hate after being an absolute goof on the course at times. Gotta swap out the McBeth pancake for the McBeth jump and grab the disc out of the tree.
@markmcgarity If anything, McBeth is the one who bent the rules, and I'm the one advocating for more adherence to them? Obviously the log was supposed to be a barrier for the course. The course map didn't have the log on it, so Paul could indeed "legally" move the log and take his shot. He didn't break any rules. Doesn't mean he didn't get off on a technicality. We all have common sense. We know the log is supposed to be there as part of the course. But when winning is the most important thing in the entire world, why wouldn't you take any advantage even if unethical? I understand why he did it but it was still lame for the goat to do it and not a single other player the entire tournament.
I'm not sure about Scott's being in here. If you hear him talk about the event he mentions most of his questions were to understand where he was putting his foot. He never argues or gets upset at it, just asks for clarification.
