I was a young kid then ( 6 years old),but I remember parts of it. I was born in 66. Just like the Dolphins were "born" in 66. I guess no wonder I'm a lifelong(and lately suffering) Dolphins Fan.
This was an extremely balanced and well rounded team and their mental toughness was unmatched at the time. If they didn't lose the trio the WFL in 1975 they would have won more Super Bowls. Sadly their greatness was largely overshadowed by the Pittsburgh Steeler dynasty that came right afterwards.
