Love this cozy cardio, doesn’t require changing clothes and lacing up! I would love to see an all standing version some time (I find that once I’ve gotten out of bed, I often don’t want to lay right back down for exercise). Thank you for giving us the green light to be imperfect and not obsess!

Jin Shin Jyutsu says that hemorrhoids are about “hanging on!” I found this true for me. I’m trying a lot of things to help and I found it’s crucial to stay relaxed but aware. Giving my power away makes my pelvic floor unhappy. I’m so glad I found you!!!!!

Are you hindu? Buddhist? The false god statue in your videos really bothers me and makes me feel uncomfortable working out with you as I am a Christian. I find your exercises helpful but im confused about the whole idea you speak of embodiment and it sounds very strange.

Just because you don't believe in it doesn't make it a false god. How about we respect others beliefs?
