I suffer from pelvic organ prolapse for years but with exercise and pessary I managed to avoid surgery. I noticed that I have experienced jaw tightening recently which has something to do with pelvic organ prolapse. What is your view on this?

I have a uterine prolapse, been doing kegels for 3 weeks now, it seems to be working? Is this possible? I really don’t want surgery! I recommend contacting a pelvic floor physical therapist in your local area; you might need to use a support belt around your pelvis -- at least temporarily -- when doing deep core work!
