Woahhhh, this was exactly what my body needed. I'm going to do this one often since it was so relaxing. Dr. Bri, can you post a video talking about the best/worst sleep positions, as well as maybe sitting on the couch or floor positions? Every morning I wake up feeling like a stiff board & do a few hip stretches before getting up. Maybe their are some sleep positions that could help? Maybe an alternative to side sleeping all crunched up into a ball... which I'm trying to un-teach myself after nearly 50 years.
