      Nathan Willard thanks mate. It’s all coming together nicely now. Things are settling well. Most coral and all of the fish seem really happy. Got some lovely colours on everything.
      Enjoyed following your progress mate and learnt a lot from your videos so thanks for that!

      Would you recommend one of these all in one systems or a DIY set up to save money, I want the same look as your, I’m after the gloss white cabinet. Keep up the great work, I can see you have the bug big time

    Good idea on calibrating the salinity probe with tank water. I totally ignore the absolute level on the probe and just watch for fluctuations, although a sudden large change I put down to the occasional air bubble escape. Neptune really need to supply a professional calibration vial that can be inverted while the probe is in the solution.

    awesome tank, I really like seeing the progress, I am looking to get back into the hobby this fall, after about 10 years. Hopefully things will go as well for me.

      Yes that tank is definetly too small for those doctors :) They like to swim a lot... maybe dont think what you are comfortable with... think what the fish want!

      You are absolutely right. 60 gallons and this is overpopulated. He only gets offended because he’s an idiot.

      Way too many fish, but I'm sure you've figured that out by now with mortality. Also, your coral looks like shit and you're so painfully obviously a noob I feel sorry for your wallet knowing that most of this stuff is dead by now.

    Clowns, when they "Pair" one will grow suddenly a lot lot faster then the other one.... meaning you have the smaller now being a Male, and the bigger one has turned into a female... soon you will see some action :D

    • @leehavard2481
      @leehavard2481  6 лет назад

      NapFloridian oh wow is that right? I was thinking the larger must be the male but not in your case! Thanks for the info. Hopefully they will mate and also I hope they will show an interest in the bubble tip anemone I got for them coz atm they aren’t interested at all! 😩😩
