That is in really great shape for a 10+ year old commercial van! You are correct about the windows, the rubber around door windows can easily be cut and that window will fall right out.
We use a van for our small lawns. 100,000 miles and we paid $1700. A cheap work vehicle! Works out great. Don’t have to park on the road like we do with truck and trailer. The van sits under camera at the shop, so if anything moves around it, we know.
You won't be disappointed with that 4.6 V8! I've owned 2 of them, first an Explorer and now an F150 and couldn't be happier. I love vans as well. I like trucks too but both have strengths and weaknesses. That's why I have both! F150 for hauling, and a Ford Freestar minivan (yeah, not "real" van) for hauling people and daily driving, because it's super comfortable. Of course the Michigan rust is eating both of them away but what can you do.

I am planning for it, just to give you an idea, a dirigible cutter costs the equivalent of 45,000 Brazilian reais, which, in a one-to-one conversion, is 45,000 dollars. Here, labor and services are cheap, but products are expensive. Congratulations on your channel.
