Prayers for all. Don't ever give up. God is there for you and always will be. Give your life to Him and lives will change. God bless you and your family.

I was one of the medics that was in your video.. you’re a genuine dude, always come across so humble.. I think your documentation was great and don’t see how it could be misconstrued by anyone. I’m sorry you had to disclaimer it at the end. Between the human spirit and the way we band together in times likes these will in time leave the greater NC area stronger in spite of the deviation and loss..
This is so heartwrenching seeing how many people were killed because they had no clue it was going to be as bad as it was. I just watched a video about a woman who was baking cookies one min and tbe next her house was falling apart . She was clinging to her deck as it and her house were floating down the raging River 😢 She lost her husband and her dog and everything she owned. Im so glad you have such wonderful neighbors to help when you need it most. Its Fantastic to see Y'all working together ❤ I know its going to be a long recovery but seeing everyone being so kind and generous to each other should make it a little easier to get things done. Sending Prayers 🙏
Glad your ok man! We had a tree in our yard that scared the shit out of us but were lucky otherwise. Good on you for volunteering and helping out the community. I know we are all looking forward to the day Pisgah is back open as well and we can reset in our sanctuary!
I’m happy you’re ok buddy. I’m in Augusta Ga, we also got hit really hard. I’ve seen things the past 2 weeks that I never thought I’d see…Hurricanes NEVER make it this far inland. Destruction everywhere you look…houses destroyed, people killed, cars smashed, the list goes on. We’ll all get through it, going to be tough. Good luck with everything.
I’m sorry for all that everyone is going through. I have not heard anything coming out of GA. Simply horrible what has happened. I am in NC, but nowhere near the devastation. When I started hearing what was happening and seeing the videos, my heart sank. I’ve wanted to live in Boone since I first moved to NC. I’ve been all over the mountains up there. I have cried right along with everyone and just cannot imagine the pain and suffering going on. Prayers are being said for everyone in all of the affected areas, by many people. If I was physically able to, I’d be up there helping. God bless all of you and may he keep you safe. 🙏🏻
I live in the Puget sound region of Washington, and we had untility workers on the road to drive across the continent friday when the storm hit. On their heels was a mutual aid group and one of the elite mountain SAR teams. The mutual aid group is supporting the two teams, so these teams do not need anything from the community in which they are working. They are driving out of the effected region to get resupplied. The SAR team is combing the back country finding out what is needed and radioing in the info. I'm currently working on getting bread flour shipped into the West End bakery, since they are supplying the food banks and pop up kitchens. Dont have money but have time and know how. Community is everything
You’re doing a great job! As someone who has lived on the gulf coast my entire life and dealt with hurricanes, you’re doing all the right things. Great community!💙🙏🏻
You can pour the water directly into the toilet bowl and it will flush. That would be easier than filling the tank a cup at a time. It is a horrible tragedy what has happened to so many. But it is a great blessing it didn't happen to everyone. I'm happy for you. And others are happy you are there to help them.
Always love to see you making the best out a bad situation, was sad to hear you didn't get to reveal the house the way you wanted but life happens sometimes and its awesome when you share these things

Thank you for making this video. I love Asheville and am so sorry to see the amount of destruction caused by Hurricane Helena. People need to see the destruction and know that Fema is there along with the national guard. It is nice to see the community coming together.
Thanks for documenting everything, despite the chaos and aftermath. It really shows just how devastating this hurricane was. It also provides a clear example of what happened to LGR's house and how the water might have leaked in.
It is terrible to see the damage and destruction. At the same time we start seeing the goodness in people when strangers start helping each other to recover and rebuild. I hope it makes your communities stronger and the people come together. It is very important this message gets everywhere on the net. God bless for you going out and helping others.
Thank you for all you are doing to help others! Working together is such a beautiful way to tackle the problems people are experiencing! God bless you!
Wow watching you cut all those branches by hand I want to share with you something I discovered. They Make these mini chain saws about 7 to 9 inches long and they are rechargeable. If you are clearing out your property they will take don trees 9" in diameter.Rather than pay someone I always like to try and do things myself.I spent last winter clearing out the under growth of my wooded front yard so I can actually see through to the street but still have tons of privacy.

It's important to share your story as we need to see the needs of the people and it's so wonderful that you're giving back.
You seem to be doing great with going as far as you can with your home repairs. You have a great attitude. And great neighbors. Praying for N.C.
Kaya loves you. I think your home should be her forever home. Glad you all are safe.
So glad to hear you are ok. Where have I been? A girlfriend, a new house, a girlfriend.....a new house. You guys take care and take the time you need.
Right? Looks like he's been enjoying life :D
Alexander- first, congrats on settling down, for now. Haha! I met you in Moab when the Spot you were riding exploded..
Thanks for giving us an update, Glad to see you also!
You're such a kind soul. Great documentary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This warms my heart so much! We're praying hard here on Marylands Eastern Shore for all Harmed by helene ❤🙏
Yes please keep sharing to the world …from Sydney Australia …you were meant to be there to help …👏🇦🇺🦋
Thanks for your help, every little thing helps. God grace to you.
Yeah, but that would be shitty content.
@@woodywoodverchecker 😆 Surprisingly there are people who don't know. I'm not sure where they pour the mop water. I really am glad you are both ok
THAT is the BEST coverage of this that I've seen! GR8 work!
Always love to see you making the best out a bad situation, was sad to hear you didn't get to reveal the house the way you wanted but life happens sometimes and its awesome when you share these things
This is a terrific video and displays what you are damn good at. Explanations, humility and story telling. Subscribed today. From Virginia.
You guys are doing great! We are keeping you in our prayers!
I live at the other side of the world ( NZ) so there’s not anything practical we can do but we so appreciate your video and Seth’s to connect us to what you’re going through. Our native people have a saying “ Kia kaha” which means Stay Strong.
Not to worry, you are doing great as a new home own, and wonderful neighbor.❤🙏❤️🙏❤️🙏
I live in Weaverville and have family in old fort and I know exactly the feeling you’re talking about but just know you and Seth both brought awareness and love to us through your channel and the entertainment that we so desperately need just to get a glimpse of a moment where everything feels okay thank you very much
My heart goes out to you. Stay strong.
Thank you for making this video. I love Asheville and am so sorry to see the amount of destruction caused by Hurricane Helena. People need to see the destruction and know that Fema is there along with the national guard. It is nice to see the community coming together.
Welcome to Asheville ! Great job they need us right now. Thank you for all you and your girlfriend did for your community!! NC is a great place 🙂
Thanks for documenting everything, despite the chaos and aftermath. It really shows just how devastating this hurricane was. It also provides a clear example of what happened to LGR's house and how the water might have leaked in.
I visited just north of Asheville about 6 year ago. Driving those mountains was like being in Gods Country! Bless you all
Kaya wants to stay with you ❤
It is terrible to see the damage and destruction. At the same time we start seeing the goodness in people when strangers start helping each other to recover and rebuild. I hope it makes your communities stronger and the people come together. It is very important this message gets everywhere on the net. God bless for you going out and helping others.
Asheville and surrounding areas are so beautiful. Also the kindest people.
I discovered this as a 60 year old woman and it changed my life! and they only cost $40-45. Found them on Amazon. If you are clearing out your property they will take don trees 9" in diameter.Rather than pay someone I always like to try and do things myself.I spent last winter clearing out the under growth of my wooded front yard so I can actually see through to the street but still have tons of privacy.
