After watching your video the other day I went out and bought some squash. I decided to do some experimenting and tried something different. I cut the squash into big slices and then dipped them in olive oil and chicken Shake 'N Bake. After baking for about 30-40 minutes at 375 plus degrees they turned out pretty good. People could add their favorite spices to flavor them up even more.
Came across your recipe with my Mom today. Going to cook up some of the yellow squash from Dad's garden tonight! Thank you for the quick, detailed explanation! No wasted time, but very clear shots of all the steps, all ingredients, and smooth pauses that allow for note taking. I love breaded fried squash but as I get older I am trying to find healhty alternatives. This recipe is it! Really good flavor and so easy to make and no dirty oil to deal with afterwards. Great Recipe!!!

Thank you for this video. I was never able to enjoy Crookneck squash sauted. This made it fabulous. I cut it long ways and didn't use a plastic bag but dipped in a plate, also did not use Pam as I am not a fan of Pam, just sprinkled some canola oil; cant wait to prepare this again!!

Lips on fire, tongue is raw! First of all little did I know that parchment paper can ignite if left in oven for 12 minutes at 475 degrees! I almost burned my apartment down! Secondly my initial thought was mmmm, then the paprika about knocked my socks right off. Last but not least this is a one way ticket to garlicville, and I did not buy a ticket.
Does anyone watching this Really Need To Be Told How To Transfer Squash To a Different Dish? Seriously. I doubt that are any children watching this video.

You will get more crunch if you omit the water. Just use more oil. That's what helps you get crispy. Definitely not water
