I can say that Randy does reach out and help if you have an issue, I followed them for a very long time before actually subscribing…..after what seems like forever Randy came out with the incred-I-cottage and that was the one for me… I purchased it, pestered the crap out of Brian and Randy, and they were great! Had what I thought were problems and panic called Randy and he got back right away and without making me feel like an idiot he helped me understand the issue… they are honest awesome people, they are so very busy so give them a chance and remember, they are trying to do there very best, I had to remind myself of that when I felt that Dunlap should be open to everyone, after reading comments I realized I was wrong, they are working their tushes off and I appreciate the hell out of them for answering me when I reach out over dumb things I just need help with. Sorry ITH, Randy, Amanda…big hug🥰
Are the windows in this "finished" 8x24 located in the same place as the "Christmas special" house... and if you don't want a bay window, do you just put a regular size window in?

I had never heard of Inca either. Just of late am hearing of Newport,lol, since finding you accidentally on Utube……enjoying immensely, picking from the many homes…..and picking one out of every type,lol! I’ll keep decorating in my mind until I hit the lottery, then Tennessee, here I come 😉
Gosh, I would love to listen to you two just reminisce like you did on this video! My husband (he passed last July) and I had watched you since the BY (backyard, lol😂), and a young and skinny Lucas talked about his 7 Trumpets🎺 Prepper channel. So very proud of everyone at ITH.
Love the DIY potential still in this. As yall said there's the amenities that were added in this. But you can add wood/mud wallpaper, paint to the walls. Can add your own shelves etc. I can see sleeping in the lift, probably add a sliding barn door to close off the space under the loft and use that for my arts and craft "room". (Still have the bay window in there too for natural light.)Plenty of room for sofa etc in living room. ❤
You should show the internal structure of those foam panels. Are they supported every 16”? I would be interested to see how these hold up in different climates over time. I told my husband we could each get one 😂

Randy, Would love to see you take on and film 3 or 4 custom homes a year. I miss seeing the uniqueness and process of the stick builds videos in the Thunderdome. Charge what it actually costs. Your history is custom. This would be a great attraction for new viewers. No we'll know Tiny Builder does custom. A buyer who truly wants custom will pay the actual cost. Please consider, seeing how we cannot watch the Amish stick buils!!!! PLEASE 😊
