Meat Doria Rice Gratin | Japanese Recipe | wa's Kitchen

Ingredients (for 5 people) :
- 300g japanese rice
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- a dash of salt
- 360ml water
For the meat sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 400g found beef
- 1 garlic close
- 1 tomato can
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp white wine or cooking sake
- 1 beef stock cube
For the béchamel sauce
- 30g unsalted butter
- 30g plain flour/cake flour (T45)
- 600ml whole milk
- a dash of salt
- a dash of sugar
