Customers notice when quality has dropped or changed so drastically for the worse and it's something that people who make food for money need to realize.

This an awesome display by the master. It saddens me that this process probably won't be picked up and paid forward by today's youth. This is a very labor-intensive life that they have chosen and is appreciated by all that have benefitted from their work. All the older masters' skills will probably be forgotten once they retire. I understand that that's not entirely true in all instances, but it's very true in many instances. The same has happened in the Navajo jewelry making industry, the younger generations have not taken the time or shown the interest to learn the skills necessary to keep the tradition alive.

The way those places look and how they work, for some reason reminds me of my hometown, it gives me a cozy vibe. I love it!

Back when I was around 8 or 9, the animé Mojacko introduced ramen to me. The ramen stall featured was being pulled/pushed around by a dude. Then if I remember it correctly he'll blew on this somewhat megaphone and then the tune would play.
Now I'm 31, I already tasted a few ramen, but to this day its still one of my childhood dream to eat at this kind of food stall/kart. I'm not from japan so yeah, that makes it hard to accomplish.
