    Perfect advice. Due to bad bones I landed with severe osteoporosis, back ache, spinal fractures and in the end was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, bone cancer. Never new bone health was so important.

    I so appreciate you and your knowledge. I have been watching a video or short everyday for the past eleven days. I make sure to do at least 25 jumping jacks a day. Twice I did 25 , three times a day. You are one of the daily supplements I take. Thank you to the algorithm Gods for knowing what I needed.

    Thanks a lot for this great video. I have always led an active and healthy life. I do not have any other problem but severe osteoporosis. My Vitamin D is also fine. I am 75 so cannot do much exercises but walk alot and have daily traction. Thanks very much for this great video.
