I do this and believe me it works and looks superb tbh my hair is naturally wavy a bit curly so its one of the few hairstyles that actually look good

@@sach845 jus shave off the sides to the point that they're basically invisible get it? And keep the crown(the rest of your hair) intact or maybe ask your barber to cut it but not too short, it should be long enough to conver your entire forehead but not so long that it ends up convering your eyes(unless you actually want that kinda look) and then once you're done wet your hair dry it with a tower and massage it in a way so that it becomes a bit curly or atleast wavy move your palms in clockwise motion

My natural middle part wont let me do this with my hair, any tips? Whenever i run my hands through my hair it just naturally goes back to a middle prt
I used to have the same problem I got rid of it I stopped using products often and combing my hair as much. I dry my hair using a towel and moving it in a circular motion around my head for 5 minutes and I do the same with my hands till my hair is fully dry if u do it don’t do it aggressively and sand a lot in one spot. Since your drying the hair in a circular motion the hair comes together and if u do it in between the part it will go away. I do know if it’s instant or it’s a process I forgot when my part went away and how long I’ve been doing it but the middle part is gone.
Maybe brush your hair down over you forehead? And let it sit for a while, before you do the folding, not sure tho hope it helps:)
u just have to train ur hair to go that way it doesn’t take that long. I just sit in my room for a little while a day and brush it forward until it finally became straight
my hair is so damn long I been doing it messy but no time for a haircut in the next 5 days so wish me luck with this one

What product do you use in step 5?
This works for a little bit but how does your hair stand completely still? My hair tends to move ALOT even if I put textureizer in and when I let it air dry it almost completely messes up

If it’s thicker everywhere (including the front) then it will be much lower on the front but I have thick straight hair and it worked but it still looks good regardless

I want something different until my hair is long enough to get a decent perm, and this looked really cool. Sadly, My hair isn't really the same as yours. It's not really stable or fluffy, it's thin (and it's not just because I'm a nat blonde, Mt hair is thin even for that color) and unable to do this. Is there some way I can just get fluffier hair?

When i first tried this hairstyle i used a blow dryer to get the front curl maybe this made it so my hair got used to it because i don’t use it anymore
There’s a guy on RUclips his channel is (hair salon guy) he has multiple tutorials on it. So what I do is I have sea salt spray and round brush and a blow dryer. I put the salt spray in when my hair is damp and start doing a motion with the round brush while the blow dryer is on it
I love that these vids exist bc all the other tutorials require blow drying and all the other dumb shit that ruins your hair and this is just a simple.. taming process for your hair.

If you have unstable hair:
Do step 1 and step 2
THEN just put your Styling Creme/stuff into your hair and do the 3. Step.
