Great vid yall. In '19 i bought the Autohome Columbus, queen size mattress and only one clasp on the clam shell...pricey but has been awesome. Yall touched on the Run and Gun, and thats most of what we do. Camp, ride, repeat. Had a folding tent like the Icamper, but that got old quick. Prefer yalls type of videos/ content...love the build stuff. Cheers from Brevard NC USA...our camp/mtn bike mecca!

Do love the ladder for the ARB tent.
Main question lads, if you pack them up wet - travel day for example - when you set them up at the next camp site, is the bedding wet or it stays dry?

iKamper - get rid of the original mattress and purchase a Double blow up mattress. Quick and easy setup with a cordless blower. When packing up you just deflate the mattress and leave it in the rooftop. I like to have windows I can keep open when it rains.

just looking at the James Baroud head room gives me a sore back. Got a alu-cab LT-50 about a year ago they are 50 kg full alloy clam shell thin as when closed up can fit a sheet a 3 season sleeping bag and an inflatable pillow in it when closed good thick double layered canvas probably 20sec to open and about 30sec to close can get changed on your knees and they are about $4200. can also get a rack that goes on the tent to carry the recovery boards or mount a solar panel. Was an awesome review be cool to see one for tents in the mid price range or light weight tents i think most roof top tents are getting too over complicated considering you spend 98% of your time sleeping in them .
