Kat, we have recovered but had a rough few days. Thankful to have this older footage to put out while dealing with the quarantine. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Love it! I'm considering getting into pop-up camper flipping and came across this video. I have to confess that, as soon as I heard your voice, I knew you were a Baptist preacher! ;)
Awesome we grew up camping as a family in a 1972 Stamper Pop Up camper that slept up to 7. Had blue vinyl over canvas on all sides, dometic duel refrigerator, stove & oven, heater, sink & we added a battery operated pump & 2nd battery & welded heavy duty bike rack on the back, traveled across the USA multiple times in the Summer plus beach camped, mountain camped many times until 1997 when we got a 22' hard side camper
I had a pop-up 25 years ago. My first use of it was on a trip with a church leader's family where I preached. They had several children and we had two. They slept in tents. We had heavy rain the morning after, so we had 12 people in our 6-person tent trying to have breakfast and staying dry! 😁🤪
I am honored that you have come over. Hopefully our channel will have content that interest you. I enjoy the Sawyer's and Hamiltonville Farm channels... Thanks again and we are honored to meet you as well.
I drove Ole Puddin there one day last week... Looking for crickets and was told "no more until spring." What's your names, I will ask you for you next time? Thanks and Im happy to have this old pop up.
Like I told you before, my dad had one just like it, with the same mismatched strip color on the door, I am 43 now, I am having a flashback to 10 years old again!
@@RevStoration , my dad was the leader of the RA's in church in the 80's, we carry that camper to the hunting club, boy that was good times, and spent many a weekend on the Edisto river, thanks again
Wonderful job, amazing what some deep cleaning and white paint will do! Ceiling looks like Anaglipta wallpaper, that hides so many flaws ! You did good!
My grandparents had a old pop up camper and I use to sleep in it all the time when I would stay out at my grandparents house. I'm not sure of the age but it was older then a 1979 it had a canvas topper on it and it worked great anyway stay safe and get well soon.
Hi Rev. Glad to see you. Awful sickness. The camper looks great. You really turned it into a jewel to have fun in. Beautiful work. We’re praying for you and NikkiT. Stay safe. Big Al.
Lookin good Rev. Ya did a nice job. You’re pretty handy with needle and thread. Thousand dollars and you have a nice and useable rig. Take care of yourself and stay safe.
That looks really nice compared to what you started with I think you have done an Awesome job. The best part is fun camping out with the family. Thanks for sharing.
Man that pop up brings back memories! Dad sent Mom and I out and we bought a venture just like that in the 1970’s! I always wondered why the mid stripe on the door never matched! Mom rigged up a window unit on a ice chest and made temporary walls with. close pins to let the heat out and it cooled us down! Enjoy your pop up!
I restored my popup camper as well. It was so much work but as I finish one part of the camper, I am able to sit back and enjoy what I have accomplished. I enjoyed your video very much. I made many mistakes but the worst part was the fact it took me longer to get the restoration completed. Good job!!!!!
You are so entertaining. I absolutely love what you've done to the pop up. We bought one 2 years ago for 500$ it's been great fun to get it in good shape.
I have been subscribed to your channel for about 2 and a 1/2 years now! This is the first that I've seen this video here in 24! Now what you can do possibly on the exterior of your pop-app if you still have it as they have a fiberglass paint that you can use on anything! It is so good that you can use a paint roller to apply very little prep. To do in order to get the finished product and I'll tell you what! It'll look phenomenal and it Coats so easy! It's meant to be specifically for boats, and when I say fiberglass, it will seal the surface! And it will last pretty much forever!
Great job! Happy trails to you and your family. My family enjoyed a tent trailer back in the early 1980s. Wish we were young enough to enjoy another one. Hope your health improves soon! God speed 🙏
spent a night in a pop up when cycling across NC, Nice people put us up, yours looks very nice! a house is a beautiful thing after riding 90 miles on a bicycle!
The camper looks great and I'd use it over and over! Sorry to hear of Covid going through your family. Don't worry about videos right now and take care of them and yourself. Wishing all of you a speedy recovery!
You did a beautiful job on that camper revstoration. The owner will be sorry they sold it now. They might come knockin wanting it back! It looks like it would qualify for a boat and RV show display model. Seriously!
We have enjoyed this pop up already. It was fun revamping this and hopefully Ole Puddin will be pulling it.on the next trip. Thanks for watching friend.
Great job on the trailer. Great layout too. I have a 94 jayco 1207 that I have been working on and the wife and kids decided we should keep it as close to original looking as possible, except for some upgrades to faucet etc. I love your trailer 👍
That’s was a fantastic restoration! I’d love to pick up a small camper like that and fix it up. It gives you an opportunity to personalize it to your liking. And the way you were able to integrate the air conditioning was awesome. I will definitely keep that in mind if I ever pick up a older camper that didn’t come with one.
I looks really nice! I love pop up campers. I have a fleetwood williamsburg. Love it. Will be painting and making updayes. Its a 2007 so its not bad at all as is. We just want lighter colors.
Rev! Oh no. Your Mrs. Is Positive for Covid-19???? Prayers. Rev, Bon- Ami to clean stainless??? I use it, but uh, I don't know how available it is by you. The camper is shaping up! The ceiling / wallpaper kinds reminds me of the textured tin ceilings from years back. I'm liking that ceiling! ! Good idea! Flooring looks sharp too! Rev, the whole trailer looks grrreat!!!
It's a beautiful camper. You got a good deal. I see no reason why you couldn't get back what you put into that camper. When you Revstore it, you might just be surprised what you'll get out of it for your hard work on it, if you ever decide to sell it. The canvas is in excellent shape.
Awe, so sorry to hear about Nikki T hope ya'll are feeling better now! I revived a $500 camper before :D fun stuff
