- This is mostly me showing off some T Shirts i purchased ysterday for me to wear during recordings, i am pretty casual and just wear T Shirts and shorts for most of my video, i also show off a couple new prints i plan to get framed to have in the back ground of my video, i have only realized the importance of what pictures i display, some prints are suitable for almost any video, some are not. I am now focused on getting some more relaxed setting prints to add to my collection.

ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response it is described as a pleasurable tingling sensation that can be felt most commonly in the back of the scalp and down the spine but not limited to these area's.
I try to describe ASMR experience to people using something common like visiting a hairdresser, do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing?
That would be a relaxing experience, watching ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience.
I believe most people can experience ASMR, to experience ASMR you need to find you trigger, common triggers will often be related to one person focusing on you or another person and watching this person focus or give them attention will trigger it.

Watching someone draw or paint
Sounds : Crinkle, Tapping, Scratching & multi layering of different sounds together
Almost anything can be a "trigger' for a persons ASMR everybody is different, you just have to find yours.
As with all my video, my intentions is always to provide you a little home away from home, where you can kick back relax and always find a new and unique experience as i guide you with sights & sound to a relaxing location where my objective is to let you feel gentle waves of relaxation & ASMR until you close your eye to fall into a peaceful sleep.

Oddly enough, this is one of my favorite types of ASMR, just soft spoken talking. The sounds from the show n tell items are a nice bonus.

Well at less he try to not make it a ASMR, and that must suck in a way. On the part that's how he talks. And its not like he can wake up one day and stop talking like that. It would be very hard to do. Its not like any one has ever told you how you should talk like. And ever one should do the same for him. Or for any one else in the matter. :)

Wholeheartedly agree. At this point, my biggest and main trigger is Dmitri.
I'm so conditioned to Dmitri's videos that I got tingles the moment he made the gesture to listen to, and play with, the wallet near the mic, even before any sound came from it, lol.

A few weeks ago you did a video and you started it with a quided meditation and it became my favourite video. i guess some people will agree with me when I say that I would love a quided meditation from you; only that small part made me relax and I would love to have at least 10 minutes of your guidance.
Also can you do more vlogs in whch you talk about relaxation techniques and meditation or even some tips about a healthy life?

Awesome haul! You got a good price for the shirts too. The colour of the shirt you were unsure about is fantastic and I think it'll look great with your skin tone. And the paintings were beautiful and I can't wait to see them in future videos.

You know, he's right; I check out what is on the walls. Just how I'm made. I like the Klimpt print, and I remember the nice rose picture from the other house. A good print on the wall makes a difference, it adds "tone". I might like to see some with a Japanese flavor. Or maybe some art from local artists?

I always loved the paintings in your background. Personally, the gloomy landscape paintings by Kaspar David Friedrich or Arnold Böcklin have a strong positive impulse on me. But also good photographies of sculptures (f.e. by Hans Arp) create a uplifting atmosphere for me. Greetings!

Here is a little something regarding the beach sound. I find that there are quiet a lot of videos where additional layer sounds are put over it and kinda destroy the orginal. If you manage to record great footage of the water coming in and out you may wanna think about overlaying new layers in a subtle way and not push it too hard. Keep them easy and nice in the background.. i hope this doesn't sound rude or demanding. What ever you do it´ll be fantastic i´m sure of it. *starts singing in the land down under*
