I can't believe how alike we are, it's crazy! I have chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, 2 small children who I homeschool and I felt like I was drowning in a dirty house. I also have ADHD and I hyperfocus on things and research like crazy, so I came across family minimalism about 2 years ago and it's changed our lives! You mentioned all my fave RUclipsrs and books too. Oh, and I also have a sore rib and I'm waiting for the chiropractor!!!! 😂😂I knew RUclips 'sugestions' were good, but not that good 🤣🤣 new subscriber here! ❤️

I TOTALLY get it. I wish I had figured this all out decades ago

Thank you for making this video! So much of what you said is so relatable to me and I often feel alone in these things.
I’ve had thyroid cancer for 13 years and the effects of cancer treatment and of not having a thyroid effect my life drastically and I’m constantly asking myself why I’m feeling so fatigued and why I go through that roller coaster and this just really helped me to understand so much more.
I’ve done the same thing over the years, minimalism has changed my life and made it so much more manageable. My home is that stark cold black and white lol but with kids artwork hanging all over the walls and blocks everywhere.
Another amazing youtuber is small changes. She’s a minimalist mom who talks a lot about how she manages life with a chronic illness.
Thank you for this. I really appreciate it 🤍

Just had to come back and watch again. It just feels like such a blessing to relate to someone in these things. Thank you so much.

Aw, thanks. I’m learning to speak more freely and less filtered, so comments like these are very encouraging.

My chronic illness and chronic pain are one of the big reason why I went minimal over 4 years ago.

This was so relatable! I live in chronic fatigue or at least my doctor gave it that diagnosis because my levels are always "normal" but my symptoms are just as you mentioned. My thyroid is always "normal." I have 4 young kids and over the years learned to live more minimal and let the house run on autopilot when needed. This year with the isolation of lockdowns that is happening more often. I will check out the books your recommended. Thank you for speaking on this topic.

A lot of people continue to live very fatigued and can’t find the reason even after reaching out to Dr.s for help. I feel ya. Don’t give up, there is a reason. I pray it will one day be very clear, like the clouds parting, and you’ll just know, and be empowered to feel your best self. You’re not alone. ❤️

Good video! Helped me understand myself better. I’m just realizing that my high stress is really probably at the bottom of all my health issues :(
