    With all due respect,You lost me when you did not give the correct information on hormone replacement therapy with regard to the most recent information. Stress is absolutely a factor but hormones due play a big role.

      Hormone replacement therapy is risky. You have to make an informed decision. I suggest making lifestyle changes that reduce stress FIRST but I have a "root cause resolution" approach.

      @@DrGalaGorman Let's agree to disagree. The Woman's Health Initiative is flawed and has put needless fear out there. The newest research proves this. I just feel women need to have options and the full story on the old research. Thank you for your response.

      Do any of those studies look at the impact of taking any hrt with any of their medications?
      I’m positive they don’t, but would love to be wrong. Seems pharmaceutical corporations are only interested in funding that proves their point of view. They don’t print studies that don’t concur with their preconceived notions.
      So, it’s far more logical to exhaust natural, lifestyle changes.
      But you enjoy your medications! And don’t worry about the side effects, as there’s more medicine for that, too!

      A friend of mine was on HRT. Even though she was very fit, she had a stroke followed by afib. Thankfully, she recovered from the stroke.
