I just ate 3 bananas , 1 cup curd , 1 glass milk if iam not able to take curd . It works well , u need to wait for one month to see noticible changes . I gained 8 kg in 3 months .

I gained 5 kg ....not a big deal but it made me happy and of course I saw changes in my body.. from 35 to 40 kg.
My diet includes :
1. Banana milkshake
2. Dry fruits
3. Regular Chocolate or dark chocolate
4. Increased my eating size n quantity
Ex . I used to eat 1 chapati o made it 2
1 bowl of rice , now it's 1 and half bowl
I'm now slowly moving to 2 bowls
HUGE TIP :
1. eat home made and healthy food
2. Increase your meals slowly , like i mentioned earlier...
Like the 1st week drink milkshake and add dry fruits
2nd week increase ur meal size and add chocolate

@@eldorado4024 I'm not an expert but according to me , if your planning this according to your routine you will be able to reach ur goal and of course of If I can do it you can too !!
Another tip for you just don't take stress while following whatever you planned and don't set a timeline for it. We never know how much we will gain, so just let your body adjust to it. Let it happen gradually, just make it ur lifestyle...

2. One boiled egg each in mrng and evning
3. Curd : aftr lunch.. OR lassi also. Rich in protein. Lassi take aftr breakfast...
4. RICE : eat rice more dan rotiiii..
5. Potato : chips, parathas.
6. Dates : daily 10 dates mrng n in evning. In summer 5-5
7. Milk or milkshakes : take whole milk not toned milk. Mrng - evning...

Thankyou for mentioning whole milk, skimmed is a false economy, body stores it as fat anyway as it's harder to break down, can't go crazy on the whole milk! Not good for the heart!

2 dates in a day is also more than enough for some people.
20 dates in a day will lead to diarrhea problems.

18 nov 2024 i am starting this activity
My everyday Target is as follows,
1) 8 dates in the morning 6:30
2) one glass milk 7:30
3) 2 bananas around 10:30
4) lunch (try to add rice and potatos) 1:00
5) 1 cup curd 1:30
6) 3 banans 3:00
7) 8 dates 4:30
Then exercise 20 min 5:00 8) Dinner 8:00
9) 1 glass of milk 10:00
Today, I am starting from step 5 . Wish me good luck. ❤ I will update daily for steps completed and my today's weight is 41 kg only. I Will check my weight on 18 Dec 2024. And surely update to all of you ❤

I am 60 yrs old and have never reached 90 lbs as yet in my life. I am vegeterian. I eat good meals. I see many people put on weight during covid. I did not put on even one ounce. Good and right information! Does work. I had tried these long back when I was thin as stick and I had started gaining good weight. 😊 This is the best way to gain weight. All I did was to eat 3 bananas with milk daily, omelette or boiled eggs and curd mixed with sugar! Include this in your daily routine. You'll start seeing the difference in 15 days ☺️ or in a month or two definitely! 😊

Hi all, use only brown rise and natural brown colour sugar. curd will heat the body, so drink less. milk won't be digested correctly in human body, so avoid if possible.dont eat anything with milk except dry fruits, don't use banana with milk as it will act as mild poison effect. better eat 8 dates in a day as it also have opposite effect if we take more.eat potato simply cooking in boiled water. never eat French fries as it is very halmful to body as it won't be digested properly, avoid all fries. won't drink water along with food, drink 30 minutes before, never drink water in standing position as it will damage body internal parts, always sit and drink
