    Wow thank you so so much, I’m 61 years and I’ve not done a work out in a few years. I’ve just done this and loose stubborn belly fat in 3 weeks. I’ll be doing this every morning to shift this weight. I feel so much better I found you on Facebook, so pleased I did x

    I felt my muscles work on this one and got me panting too. A very doable and effective for any age. Thank you from a 78 year old. Still working at it to look the best I can and most importantly to keep flexible and fit.

    Always loved exercising with weightsbut now at nearly 61 as soon as you said no effort on knees i thought id better follow your advice/exercice as my body is turning very picky😅😅
