Well yeah, Wukong jumped to the edge of the universe in a second. That's not giving the edge, that's acknowledging a difference in speed akin to a dying turtle with no legs tied to a rock vs Quicksilver.
The clash at the end was showing their true godly selves getting involved and fighting each other. It’s not that hard to figure out.
Yeah, it's not hard to figure out, but it's a strange inclusion considering they explicitly said they weren't measuring their godly forms, and the conclusion didn't even mention them.
@@Redrunner613 And they didn't. Their godly forms just showed up in the final clash. It's just there to look visually stunning and acknowledging that these characters are gods, giving off the scale of their fight taking place not just on earth.

@@Redrunner613 Technically, Hercules and Heracles are the same character of two different regions. Romans and Greeks use the same mythological premises, but there are two names for most characters.

With how big a deal Sun Wukong is in the book, having the first few chapters dedicated to how he got so overpowered, it’s funny how he’s actually *not* the main character, yet spends a lot of the story *saving* the main character on many occasions.
This is probably the best episode this season
The battle was nice,felt kinda short but nice.
Herc at max could take away 20 of Sun's immortality if he could get the arrows to hit or stab Sun with them.
For Herc analysis I would have liked them to mention more of Herc's labor's like when he killed Landon the hundred headed serpent like dragon.
I sure do love this idea and this episode.
But most of all…
I sure do love Harley plushie.
Victorious Fighting Buddha literally means transcendede in the ways of fight and victory ie "He CAN NOT be defeated in battle. on the other hand Hercules is not a God of war nor of victory, he is God of strength. yes he can be tricked, but even then he is immortal and you have to find a loophole to kill him.
Just wondering Redrunner, when will you be updating your Death Battle Combatants tier list template? I don’t see Magneto, Tetsuo, Hercules, or Sun on it yet. (I would also say Predator, but his episode’s not out yet).

This battle was pretty good.
I like the episode a bit more after a few rewatches to understand the last part of the fight, but it was still kinda weird to me. It was fun to be back on here again!

Hm, well, this Death Battle sure does leave things open for more potential and ideas for suggestions.
I do think the Hydra itself could kill Sun Wukong.
It has what Herc lacked in order to take Sun down & Sun then lacks what it would take to kill the Hydra,Herc never killed the Hydra just trapped it.
If I remember correctly his nephew/boyfriend Iaolus helped Heracles actually slay it by cauterizing the heads so they can’t go back. Ironic how out of all of his romances the least problematic one was his *nephew...* or at least while he was alive.
with all that immortality, Sun will live to the end of the Universe, and probably live beyond that

Why do you spoil yourselfs in future battles? It loses all fun
I mean it's not something I "Spoiled" myself on, we as a community knew it was Fett VS Predator because Fett was teased for this half of the season alongside Vegeta, Wanda, Tetsuo, Jinx, and Tanjiro, and Predator was the most likely opponent for him.
Predator will win if they give him the best stuff he has. The code of honor should not matter since he will dwarf Bob in experience and skill. And if Bob is worthy of making Predator using some of the stronger stuff then they will use it.
I don't think you understand how strong Mandalorian armor is. That stuff can tank lightsabers. Plasma cannon can't even scratch it.

His archenemy is his father’s wife.
The king he works for is his cousin.
Uncle Hades is actually nice to him.
He killed two of uncle Poseidon’s kids.
He killed his first family because Hera made him insane.
He was killed by his third wife.
Now for the incest drama...
His mom is his father’s great granddaughter.
His most popular gay lover that helped him out on several occasions is his nephew.
And his fourth wife which he married after his death is his half sister and daughter of his archenemy.
And Sun doesn't even have a family

Sun Wukong got this from the started !!! I've watch Journey to the West 1986 version and damn there's nothing he cannot do !!! however the Deathbattle team seem to FORGOT or OVERLOOKED the small detailed....
Sun Wukong is WEAKER at firight underwater and IF Sun Wukong vs Hercules BUT underwater. Hercules might got the edge here cause it's the ONLY disadvantages that Sun Wukong HAD
trust me if the scenario was included Water Fighting scene either on the surface or underwater Hercules might got the openning
and he's got 2 other weakness is Fire and Smoke
for Fire it's gotta be super powerul ones to actually hurt him
for smoke just smoke the whole forest to block his vision he might find water to rinse of the irritation from his eyes and then Hercules might drag Wukong Underwater to have an underwater fight scene
Only fire that can hurt him is the True Samadhi Fire. All other fires(including divine fires) can’t hurt him.
Even with the weakness of fighting underwater, Hercules had not way to completely incapacitate Wukong.

dude, the fighter with speed advantage dictate the battle field. Sun has the speed, there is no way Hercules can force Sun into a handicapped battle. Sun can just leave for higher ground anytime he wishes.
