Both are easily a 4.5. Wasn't expecting that color change with the coral. I'd like to see a 50/50 yellow gold and black pearl over that coral. Great color ideas 👍
For the blue 5 for the coral 4. As I figured the darker color would make the gold pop. But the coral, I thought was too light of a color to make a powerful impact. I shot my show truck in a rootbeer brown with gold flake in it and it turned out fantastic. By the way, I decided to try your speedokote clear and I’ll get back with you on what I think of it. I’m not sure what to expect since I’m very parcel to sikkens. I’ve been using it for years but it’s gotten so expensive and hard to get anymore. I’m anxious to see what this speedokote will be like
I painted my daughters bed frame head and foot board with that satin midnight blue metallic. I’ve thought about painting my studebaker that coral color since the 1971 earl scheib tan paint job has seen better days
The yellow gold over the Midnight Blue is a great combination of colors. I give this combination a 5 while I did not think the coral was a good color for a automobile so it gets a 2.
Not much on the pink with any pearl. The blue and gold looked almost like a dark brown metallic I've seen before, maybe it looks more blue IRL. Would be interesting to see that gold over a brown and a tan or sand color. Good job John.
