You should actually use a clarifying shampoo first and not double shampoo with a specialty shampoo like this. Also you’re using WAY TOO MUCH! It’s a dense foaming formula you truly don’t need a bunch and all you have to do is add a little extra water to have spread and suds up the product and let it sit for 3 minutes in your hair for it to truly tone it. It says 6 to 8 minutes :) leave a bit more for even more result :)
