Audi Q5 Sportback Review

Welcome everyone to my review of the Audi Q5 Sportback (diesel).
The Q5 has been a hugely popular suv for the brand since its launch in 2008.
Having the looks, practicality, engine choices and drive to make it popular from the get go.
This latest generation introduced the Sportback body shape for extra sport looks.
Engines have been condensed to either 2.0L petrol or diesel with mild hybrid tech, or a PHEV.

The modes make no difference to handling .... unless you have air suspension which currently Audi UK don't offer.
You said it was Pre-Sense slowing the car when on cruise. Pre-sense is to want to take control if it senses an imminent collision. The component of Adaptive Cruise Control that can adjust the speed for bends, roundabouts, speed limits are is the Driver Assistant function called Predictive Control.
To get full electric seats you have to order the Technology Pack Pro for £5k!!! I hate Audi UK's preference for packs and wish they'd let us chose components like in Germany.
I fear the MY2025 options will be even more restrictive

I absolutely prefer the regular design of the Q5. The Sportback is just not as good aesthetically as the regular one, it just looks like its missing something.

Good review, but I'm definitely not a fan. Thankfully, my bank balance denies me such unpleasantries, but I would definitely struggle to choose if I was in the market for a luxury, German vehicle at the moment. I suppose at least the Mercedes EQE and EQS are different. All the rest are samey.
