I love how he is supposed to be Mad Scientist so even if he’s disgusted at some Pokemon Fusions, he have to act delighted at the vile creation the science created.
There are some that would disgust even the most vile scientist, the creation process doesn't force you to like it.

I absolutely LOVED how he handled the Chanuk situation.
It was clever but then the thing just spanned Acid Armor. if only he gave his Gengar Doublade fusion focus energy or swords dance so it would ignore the defense boosts or do more damage

"What's next?" I think you should do the post game. There is a Colress sidequest that when completed allows you to get a small number of triple fusions. Not only that, but there is a new game plus mode where you can start over with the all the pokemon in your box (they will revert to their basic stages if they are evolved), so you could even do the modern mode using only triple fusion pokemon with the story of the triple fusion experiments sending Dr Fusion into an alternate timeline
He should at least catch Mewtwo first and do the cloning thing he did with Nincada. Seeing that Nincada bit, mans truly was an absolute genius
We need a Team Sky playthrough of this! Think of all the sky creatures that can be created through the glorious power of science!
I love this game's ability to make awesome combinations, but also body horror.

Now I'm imagining Dr. Fuse settling down for a while after proving his mastery over the field of Pokemon Fusion, only to be prevented from becoming the official, globally recognized Pokémon Professor in the field of Fusion due to him illegally cloning a legendary Pokémon through an exploit.

tbh Gardevoir does have some of the most epic fusions in that game. Mostly because artist are willing to put the work into custom sprites instead of the usual shape/color blend bullshite that's the default for fusions.

Love Dr.Fuse. If you want ideas on what to play next. How about a Dr. Fuse origin story, where he just beginning to think of fusions while playing Pokemon Ranger or Pokemon Colosseum.
This is genuinely one of the funniest videos you've ever made - I've never cry-laughed this much during a playthrough but this video got me several times
That strategy with mew and the shedinja line was actually genius, as well as keeping it lore accurate with the roleplay!

Reason: when you evolve a nincada it will create ninjask and shedinja and fused pokemon will stay in the fusion so if you unfuse you clone the pokemon
I know Grunty Boi would be horrified, but intrigued to see such unique and all the same, weird fusions. Maybe he'll hire Dr. Fuse for Team Rocket to bring an army of Fused Pokemon into the Team Rocket roster.

I like to imagine that Dr Fuse was born in the unova region, and became obsessed with fusion after somehow finding out about Kyurem fusing with either Reshiram or Zekrom.

The bird trio fusions among each other are pretty underwhelming but they have some crazy cool fusions, all the duskull ones for example look like omens of doom!
The fact that the unique mechanics in this game are more interesting and well thought out than most of the main series stuff is quite impressive. I’d love for the Pokémon series to have this much ingenuity.

That's awesome, I know a lot of effort has been put in, some fusions are amazing and some want me too pour some eye bleach on my face, truly an unique experience 🙃
What is your favourite fusion sprite which you made?
I wonder how many sprites this game even use, especially if some pokemon have a sprite for mixing two of the same (we saw Diglett, Bidoof, Abra...)
I guess some of the sprites were AI generated (like Gengar + Doublade), but still, many were hand drawn...
If game have first six generations (721 Pokemon up to Kalos), and using different forms (Shellos, Wormadam, Unown etc) as a base for a fusion results in different fusion sprites, then it should be about a million different sprites in the "Infinite Fusion". I suppose developers might limit regional dex to about 200 selected pokemon species, but even then it resulted in 40000 different sprites for fusions. Very impressive!

I really do wish more creators would tackle the Johto and postgame content in Fusions, I’d love to see “Dr. Fuse” discovering the other triple fusions. :D

I feel like Shedinja+Steel type would be even better, because you only have 1 weakness, but you also aren't weak to being poisoned, and burn is mainly coming from the fire moves you are already avoiding.

Not gonna lie, this may be my favourite MandJTV vid of all time. All the great fuse reactions, the character of Dr Fuse, and I was quite literally in tears and couldn’t stop laughing after the Chanuk battle reaction. I had to pause the video for five minutes cos I was laughing so hard my sides and cheeks hurt.
Mikey, I really hope there are other fuse mods because it’d be a shame if this is the last we see of Dr.Fuse!

It seems fusing a dark type with a Pokémon that can mega evolve will make the Pokémon look like It's Mega form, I saw a Tyranitar and Charizard fusion and both of the options were its Mega forms

It's quite incredible that he thought of cloning Mew, and that the creators actually thought about the possibility of this happening. Most of the pokemon fusions seem like they were done automatically with AI, but the Mewew is clearly worked on by a human, meaning they expected someone to create a Mew fusion with Mew.
literally most of if not all of these will have been made my the spriters, when u play the mode where u get all the pokemon in ur box to fuse im sure pretty much every one of them says "sprite made by x person"
Yeah, almost all of the sprites seen in this video were hand-crafted by artists.

@@anonymous_person8280 Nah - there are somehting like 175,000 possibilities so only a tiny fraction have handmade sprites. You can see one or two generated sprites in the video; the ones Mikey didn't like the look of, mostly, where the pixel lines are different sizes and such. But almost all the ones *in this video* are handmade.
Mikey lowkey has such intense theatre kid energy, and I’m always here for it when it manifests like this.

Umbreon is already my favorite pokemon. Umbdos, UMBDOS, makes it a literal PREHISTORIC DRAGON THING. Imagine if it was shiny Umbreon!
