I feel like Mikey's Dr. Fuse character would have a field day if he played Pokemon Insurgence. While there's unfortunately no fusing pokemon, there's still lots of science themes throughout the duration of the game, mostly around the Delta Pokemon, and Dr. Fuse might even try joining the Cult of Perfection in the game, given it's their goal to crate the perfect pokemon, which was also Dr. Fuse's goal in Infinite Fusion.

I like how Sky Mikey gets through the tougher battles that Dr. Fuse struggled with due to the fact that he's a much more experienced trainer as opposed to Dr. Fuse who is a researcher who became a trainer by circumstance.
Lore wise, he's genuinely the best trainer in his universe. He's champion in multiple regions and he had to achieve each and every single one of his titles without any help from his previous team members. In a way, he's Ash if he doesn't keep Pikachu and actually won his battles.

Kanto League would've been a cakewalk with a Venusaur (I know Bulbasaur didn't want to evolve, but that's beside the point). Johto would've been easy with both Typhlosion and Feraligatr, not to mention a Donphan had he evolved it earlied. Hoenn... Crawdaunt would've been useful, but he actually had a solid team this time. In Sinnoh, he might've stood a better chance with Floatzel and Garchomp, not to mention his older Pokémon which he actually used for the League this time. But he was facing a GameShark user so I'll give him a break this time. Unova is Unova, and he evolved all of his Pokémon in Kalos. Alola... He actually won despite carrying a Rowlet so fair play.
The entirety of team sky freaking out when Mikey goes missing without a trace for the second time (He'll tell the ranks of his adventures when he eventually returns)
Well, Dr. Fuse was able to take off his goggles after achieving triple fusion, and they had been giving him a headache, so I guess he's calmer cause he's in less pain.
47:10 fun fact for you MIkey; the fusion of Charizard and Aerodactyl was actually a Tigrex, one of the flagship monsters from the Monster Hunter, (The tail on the sprite is custom though).
it's always good to see a themed playthrough with how much energy you put into the characters, and while I love all of them, Team Sky/Mikey (Skykey) has had such a cool storyline and character development that he's probably my favourite. oh, and obligatory GO TEAM SKY!!!!

Chardactyl is an hommage to Monster Hunter, specifically to Tigrex. While Fusions can absolutely slap without referencing using official creature designs, it certainly works for this one!!
Great video! I enjoyed the fact that Landon's starter (Blastsaur) was a creature of both the land and water. A perfect foil for Team Sky. Loved the Dr. Fusinal Dayinite cameo and the callback to Chanuk.

Watching Mikey (Leader of Team Sky) grant his beloved Empoleon with flight was a very touching part of this story, and I was rooting for it to happen from the very beginning of the video.
I think all these wormholes COULD be a hint to where Mikey could be going next for his Team Sky Conquest... A nice, sunny trip to the Alola region! But its actually smart, as Mikey can also... Really SAVE the Sky.

I hope The Leader of Team Sky tries some not-so-famous regions in the future that aren't as well-known as the main ones(I mean fangames) to get some rest after his midlife crises in Paldea. Being a gym leader was helpful, so more vacations would help.

If you go into the pokedex you can actively pick and choose sprites for your fusions, it helps a lot with getting better looking ones that still have the stats you need. Just a heads-up, mikey!

Okay. Real talk. Mikey talking to Mikey for plot shenanigans is AMAZING.
If you go into the pokedex you can actively pick and choose sprites for your fusions, it helps a lot with getting better looking ones that still have the stats you need. Just a heads-up, mikey!
