    I have LG Stylus 3 pro. I took the battery out, pressed the on button fast simultaneously for 10 seconds, put the battery back in, and kept the On button pressed for a few seconds, and it turned on.
    BUT...........
    The problem I have with my phone is that it doesn't accept a new battery. I bought an OEM LG battery (correct make and model) and it only works for 30 seconds before the message "Battery is not recognised" message and turns off. I bought another OEM battery thinking it was a battery problem, but it was the same thing that happened. I went through all the solutions I could find online, but no success. I found out it's an LG problem that hasn't been fixed yet. It's a shame if there is no solution for it because I like this phone despite having another high-end phone as well.
    Is there any solution to this battery problem?

    You guys are blaming the accessories for your phone line ups not functioning?

    • @LGUSASupport
      @LGUSASupport  2 месяца назад

      Hey there! It's possible that accessories, such as cases or battery packs, can cover your phone's sensors or press its buttons and cause this issue. Please let us know if the steps in the tutorial video helped! We're here for your support! ^Chris

      @@LGUSASupport non of these steps worked for me .
      I bought an LG velvet a few years ago and on one Random day it stopped functioning.
      I was furious so I bought another device however I came here to check if there’s nothing I can do to revive it because the device was less than 6 months old .
      It’s very new no scratches, I have not mishandled this phone in any way.
      I called LG South Africa they saying that to repair it which might be a motherboard issue will cost me over R7000 excluding Vat which is over half the amount I bought the phone and twice as much as the current market for this phone …
      So No steps in the tutorial has helped me even calling the technician
