- I show you how to fix a black screen or screen won't turn on on the LG Stylo 6. If you tried every step and you screen is still not turning on then try every step 3, 4, 5, even 6 more times. By the end of the video most of you will have a working screen again. Let me know which step or steps worked for you. Like if it worked and dislike if no go so everybody can see. Good Luck!

What method worked for you?
@@commander14 I used the tapping down volume a couple times and on button consecutively tapping and then a long hold on it. And it started up.

What method worked for u?
I went through all of his suggestions: nothing worked. Lastly he suggested placing the phone in the freezer for 10-20 minutes. I wasn't crazy about that idea , but I had nothing to lose. When I took out my phone, my screen woke up with a message, "Your device is too cold to charge." Once it warmed up I found that I already had a full charge and was off and running. THANK YOU!!! That was truly amazing.

The funny thing is, I put it in the freezer at work, because the alarm was going off, and I couldn't turn it off. I just wanted to keep it quiet, but maybe that helped fix it.

Geez I was so angry I was calm when my phone went black and unresponsive but was still backlit, so I knew it was on. You are magical man. My phone was up and running with that first forced restart but I stayed and watched the whole video out of morbid curiosity. Some of these tactics are just next level wtf lol. THANK YOU!

I just recently upgraded to the stylo 6 and to be honest the phone is complete garbage its slow and the camera is horrible any suggestions on how to make it better thanks.

Mine freezes also, i just turn da screen off then back on then its fine, but it only happens when I'm surfing da web using Chrome

Thanks man I've had my phone for 5 years now it's a LG 4 i have 1 hair line crack in the screen. It just turned off when i went to open a poker app and it would not say it was charging i could not get it to work i even tried to take out the battery which is difficult with the LG 4's. My phone is only a few months old and this is 3rd time not turning on and it doesn’t charge unless I prop it in a specific angle and I went back to where I bought it and they’re not carrying LGs anymore. And not offering anything but the name of a repair shop. I went and store is closed down and boarded up. Can’t be without my phone. I have things on it for my hearing aids. You saved me until I can deal directly with LG. Kudos.

Tapping method worked for me. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I thought It was finished! Woke up to alarm going off and a black screen. I couldn't make the alarm stop and I had 3 alarms set to go off within 30 minutes! Had to call myself from another phone to stop the alarms.
