I'm Big John and started my weight loss journey in May of 2023 with a process of fasting practices that gave me some fantastic results. In time I realized I needed something else and started doing Keto which quickly turned into a KetoVore/Carnivore Lifestyle. My Carnivore Journey started in September 2023 and has been on going. Losing weight when asleep is an easy to figure out technique I've been using, and I learned how when I practiced fasting techniques. It would be impossible to explain everything that has happened. Weekly weight loss updates help keep me on track. This is week 47 of my weight loss journey and it's with the help of Carnivore/KetoVore eating principles. I'm still losing inches along with some pounds. These videos are my personal testimony from my experience.

I want go say thank you for your replies. I was very upset in month 2 I wasn't losing. I'm doing OMAD and its work great and the losses are great...Lions diet and just use 24hr.fasting. So thanks for your ideas and your tenacity for your own issues 👍
The beauty of omad is it can be sustainable as long as you get enough nutrition in your one meal. When I'm working a regular job with set schedule it's much easier in my opinion. I tend to still over eat out of boredom so filming live stream content helps keep me busy. Todd and I will be starting a 84hr fast today at 11am so I need to make sure I have a decent meal before starting. I'm also striving for 6,000 steps a day for the Monday through Friday part as well. Wish me luck 😃

@@BigManAlaska what about autophagy? If we intermittent fast , does our skin tighten?? I thought Dr Berry mentioned that for some people. I’m not sure
@@AP-nx6xo that's a maybe for some depending on how badly stretched out we get. Autophagy is definitely helpful and it's very difficult to stay there. Ketosis is pretty easy to accomplish with 2-3 days to get it started for those new to it.
This is a great video. I also have a lifepro vibration plate different model but so agree how much it helps. I personaly cant live without it.

Measuring for me hurts my brain similar to over weighing myself during the week. Everything seems to be tightening up like I was hoping and some excess skin might be a bit of a problem later. But I'll wear my saggy skin with honor. 💪😎 thanks for the compliment 😊
Thanks for the great review. I have to wait until June to get one due to my knee replacement. Can't wait! My knee replacement leg is still larger than my other one, and swells up more, so can't wait to get 1, and glad you mentioned the info as I know you have to wait 6 months from any replacement surgery before trying one. I also have severe arthritis in the foot too, so anxiously awaiting one. thanks for the link! And btw, you are looking super these days! Keep up your great work
Thanks for the compliment ❤️. Start out slow and easy to avoid potential pain, especially with knee or hip replacement. I don't know how I've managed to live this long without one. Once upon a time I was extremely active, even with my truck driving career.
Those old jiggle belts they actually stopped and removed from all of our spas back in the 80’s I think. They found out it wasn’t good for the kidneys and other organs. 😅
That could've been a problem and a good reason. I remember wearing a kidney belt when riding dirt bikes as kid. 🤷
@J-rt9ez I think they were looking for the wrong information around what was actually happening. The vibration offers unique situations to improve with use.

I don't imagine id ever have a six pack again 😂. That only happened once in my life and I was miserable because I was an unhealthy scrawny skinny guy.
Whenever you are looking at purchasing anything on Amazon read the one star reviews first. This company produces a lot of malfunctioning units and you can see that under the comments under all their units which is why I haven't purchased anything by this company. John you happen to be one of the lucky ones if yours still works.
I asked around for over a month and everyone I contacted was using a life pro without issue. For an inexpensive version I'm very happy with the product. We also have to consider user errors and that's totally possible with a vibration plate kids could play on.
Bil Knotts works great and has not had any issues either.
The customer service I’ve heard is excellent.
If you get a unit that was messed up during delivery they will replace it right away. First Class.
I got the mini life pro plate takes up to 260lbs and is strong & heavy.
@CarnivoreStork I always look at the negative reviews first and many of you look like spam in my opinion. A couple could've been legit like the cord was missing. That's also probably why they want the order number over the serial number for warranty. 🤷
I'm late to the party but I have a different model of one of these and it stopped working after a few months but they replaced it right away with just a video of what was going wrong and I've had no problems with the replacement. I had excellent service.

Awesome and I pray that it helps you with some of those issues. It's really helping me with my legs and feet. Just don't overdo it especially when getting started. ❤️👍
How big of feet does a mini hold
I have a roughly 12-13 inch feet. Hopefully that helps. I believe they call it the mini because they premium versions are a lot wider.
Hi john. I just bought a life pro rumblex 4D vibration plate. Cost on amazon was $610.00 canadian to my door. Should have it by monday.
That's should hopefully be a fantastic machine. My finances are very limited to the less expensive options. So far I have no complaints with my current machine and still use daily. Especially before going out for walks. Please let me know what you think of it and thanks for mentioning it. 😃
@@BigManAlaska I didn't really have the money sitting around doing nothing either lol but a friend of mine has been going and getting this type of treatment he drives an hour to get there pays $250 for five treatments of 20 minutes each with a very high tech machine there is only one in Canada. They were trained in California and that's where the machine came from. All the swelling in his feet went away after one use his wife also goes so they are spending more than enough money to buy one like I have now and my wife and I will use this every day so I figured it was a good purchase it should do everything the big expensive once should do
@@garyfraser8584 that's awesome news. I hope you get your usage out of it. I was really worried about the mini being able to hold my 300 pounds but it's still going strong. I believe the one Bill Nott owns can handle 500 pounds.

I got one for about $69. I leave it beside my office chair. I just use it while sitting down. I'm the only one in the house, no animals to touch it. I also have a rebounder for a similar 'jiggle'.
The budget version is very well made and still very helpful 😃. I should probably get mine out and see if it helps anything at this point. My activity levels have increased so much since creating this video and I believe this product helped get to where I am now.
