Ingredients
----------------------------
1.5kg chicken
Cinnamon sticks 2nos
Cardamom 6nos
Bay leaves 3nos
Cloves 7-8nos
Onion 1 cut 4nos
Salt 3 tsp
Chicken fat mixture
-------------------------------
Chicken stock 2 tbsp
Pinch saffron (soaked before 10 mins)
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Pinch oil
Pinch pepper
Pinch salt
Red food colour
Mix it well and brush it
Heat oven 200° grilled for 15-20 mins
For Cook Rice
------------------------------
Basmati rice 2.5 cups (Soaked before 30 mins)
Ghee 1/3 cup (around 80ml)
Chopped onion 1
Chopped garlic cloves 3
Cinnamon sticks 2nos
Cardamom 5nos
Bay leaves 2nos
Cloves 6nos
Coriander 1.5 tsp
Cardamom 1/3 tsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Dry lemon 2nos
Chicken stock 1 letter (as a required)
Dum Layer
---------------------------
Chicken stock 2 tbsp
Pinch Saffron
Red food colour
Chicken stock 2 tbsp mix
Heat charcoal
Pinch oil
Cover for 5 minutes

Use only Indian white pasmaty rice. 1 cup of rice needs 1.5 cups of water. Use beriany Indian spices. Good luck
