I'm so glad they thought of a vasectomy feature when designing this suppressor! They knew the people buying it shouldn't reproduce, now that's forward thinking.
In all honesty though it looks pretty cool. Not sure how practical it is, but I still want one lol
@@bishopm4401 wet cans need rewetting. They get louder after every shot. They also don’t handle heat as well as dry cans, that’s also why they are wet cans.

Unfortunately too many people believe suppressors are hollywood quiet and instantly turn any owner in to a James Bond level assassin.
How dare you, why would you ever say such a thing? Don't you know that putting a silencer on your gun automatically turns you into an untraceable, invisible, inaudible assassin?
In my experience that is an average sized 9mm suppressor.

This can is surprisingly good in person compared to what I expected. Tax stamp making it over 600 bucks blows but it's definitely cool and does it's job

I mean if suppressors were sold like they should be just like accessories I can maybe see giving it a try but having to pay an extra 200 bucks to wait on a permission slip for something that’s probably not gonna be anything more than a conversation piece I’m gonna pass. Still cool to see though. Something different

I can actually see the practicality of this, but the problems are pretty glaring too. If it were say $400 with the tax stamp I'd be willing to test it out. But not at the current price point
What sucks is that even form 1ing a suppressor is a nightmare right now because the atf keeps flip flopping on whether or not you have to have the item before sending in the form so if you do have to have it and they reject it for any reason (which they've been increasingly doing) they know you're in possession of an illegal item.

Finally! A suppressor that doesn't make me feel inadequate.
Shot em a bunch on Agency Arms Flux Raiders. Exciting, have to do more testing. Extremely lightweight, even in longer configurations. I just wish they went with 1.5-1.7 OD, rather than the tiny 1 inch. The long configuration was surprisingly quiet for the low volume.
interesting to hear from someone that has used it. the 1 inch od is so that u dont need suppressor height sights but ya i imagine it does sacrifice a lot of performance

I’d picked up a pair of Gemtech Aurora 2 mini cans for this exact use case but the setup of the internal wipes really doesn’t work for CCW in 9mm (they’re on Beretta Bobcats these days) so this would fill a big gap in the market.
I ordered one back on November 4, 2022. I’m still waiting for my extortion stamp to process. Can’t wait to add it to my Glock 43x MOS!

I mean, people went from minimalist gun with barely any sights on to a red dot and a flashlight on their EDC, so why not a tiny suppressor?

Well, I mean, kind of for the same reason I don't carry a 6-inch revolver. Only room for so many inches down there (that's what I gotta tell myself.)
My edc consists of my gucci glock w/ acog, flush fit 30 round mag, compact tourniquet, contents of a whole med kit, a push knife, 2" blade for those hard to reach areas, some thin steel wire to saw at stuff, also doubles as floss, magnesium fire starter, maglula for 9mm, a box of federal 147gr hst, and a stick of gum. This would go great with my edc kit. Better to have it and not need it vs not having it and need it

Interesting. I'm wondering what the performance difference is between this one and the Dead Air Odessa 9 in a similar configuration.
This would fit nicely on my M9A4 that sits in my nightstand. Red dot sits so high it’s easy to see over a suppressor. Would not cycle with a YHM R9. Direct thread - no booster.

I want to see this tested on a lever gun so badly. Not to be the most quiet suppressor, but an ultralight suppressor that takes the bite off for hunting or if you use it for pest control.

It’s pretty good. I shot it at triggrcon. It brings the sound just below hearing safe so your ears aren’t ringing. Still loud though. I’m planning on getting one eventually

I plan on running a can for my home defense 300blk pistol but I don't think I'd ever carry with one on my edc handgun.
I love this idea. But I carry a G43X, which is 0.87 inches wide - the suppressor is 1.05 inches OD. This would probably work if I still carried a G19.
The slide is only .87 inches but your overall width of the gun is still about 1.1 inches so you should be fine, and even if hypothetically speaking it was truly .87 around adding the extra little bit shouldn't effect much imo. I'd be curious to see how the actually works on a smaller gun like a G43x tho to see if itd be a practical addition
43x here too, great little gun. Especially with the 15 round mags.
@@connormckay9429 I measured, the slide is even smaller, you would need a 0.8" suppressor in order to fit in the holster

Man, this thing would be great if it weren't for the NFA. $300-$350 street price for this thing? Put it on a p365 size gun with 147gr subs and, while probably still quite loud, helps a ton for hearing damage none the less. Especially if you're shooting inside.

I wish you could use that on a 22lr as well but I was told that 22lr supressors are set up different I even asked why they dont make an end cap with a smaller hole to put on when using it on a 22 but got no real answer

I see what they're going for, knock off a couple db and redirect the muzzle blast away from the shooters ear in as small a formfactor as reasonable.
If suppressors weren't on the nfa I'd buy one for my 365 just because; and maybe one day I will but there are other suppressors I need to buy first.

You would destroy this suppressor on a .300 blackout really fast I feel like. Although the diameter is large enough since its for 9mm .300 blackout has a lot more pressure. And AR pistols aren't even being banned you just can't have a brace on them when/if the ruling goes into effect.

Haven't seen anyone hocking a wet suppressor since the 90's. They are messy compared to dry suppressors. Think of your gun 'sneezing' it's petroleum snot with each shot. 🤧 Like wipes, they have a limited number of shots before needing refilled. As others have brought up, there was always a recommendation, a warning or a caution to only use ball ammo with a wet suppressor.
Not really. It's rather mandatory for wiped suppressors.
