I started with presumed innocence. And so far the prosecution has daily add to a growing mountain of reasonable doubt.

Even if I think about it wrong, IMO the defense is doing a pretty good job of proving innocence.

except reasonable doubt doesn't mean anything anymore. people get convicted without any evidence all the time.
The house, the basement carpet, the bulkhead door, the dog, the phone were all done away with. They are guiltier than Amber Heard. .

Specifically given instruction to not destroy evidence… and getting rid of their phones. And selling the house. And giving away the dog. It’s too shady
I have never seen such a botched investigation on live television. How do you interview potential witnesses a year + later. As said before Brian Albert rehomed his conscience, common sense and memory along with his house, career ,dog and phone.
How am I MORE AGHAST, every day of this. This is still the prosecution’s turn, right?!

The prosecution is actually giving me more doubt. Astounding
During the Grand Jury testimony BASR said it was a coincidence that he got rid of his phone. Now it was broken and it was my birthday and it was my upgrade time. Everyone's testimony has inconsistencies.

Report said daughter left at 12:15 am but on stand sticking to her leaving at 2am
Daughter "definitely " left at 2am but she did not look on the right side of the road...cause she was Turing to look at her boyfriend ...guess she does not have peripheral vision..oh ok
Son..looking out of window multiple times...sees nothing only tracks in the snow. If snow was falling so hard...when are you going to see tracks
Cousin was supposed to leave with her boyfriend...why did the boyfriend have to come to the house for jer.to.tell him that she was.not ready...ahe.did.not have a phone to call or text him
Everyone is saying that Colin left but no one can say when he walked through the door, no one say him leave. They juat assume that he left. IMO, I think he.went to the basement and waited for the 2 Brian's to bring JO there
How come the.2.Brians had to leave the room to go look at "pictures". That is so random...IMO..they went to go hatch the plan.

Great post & well stated!! The post would be pages long if you listed all the questionable stuff. I'm just shocked.
And they “remodeled” the basement, purely coincidence “of course”, lol (day 11 reference), I was thinking one of them, could be Colin, got in a fight with JO rather than being planned in advance. I don’t see why they would have preplanned, so far only motive I see for that would be Higgins was jealous but I can’t see so many people risking everything for one man’s jealousy. I can see them putting it all on the line to cover a fight gone too far.
What investigation?
This case has invisible tentacles all over it.
And since it involves public servants,or former,there is a hell of a lot of covering their ass.
The pension is what the family will miss most.

So much shady behavior from the Albert's and Co.
Given what we’ve seen so far, the defense really doesn’t have to present their case. The prosecution is doing their job for them.
I think its intentional. Imagine having to Prosecute this case? I'd probably quit lol.
I'm sorry but the amount of mishandling of evidence and evasion of witnesses in specyfic areas just makes it clearer to me why defense went with ''it's a cover up'' and our ''client is set up''. I'm pretty sure by now a lot of people from the area who thought she was guilty and were not aware of all the *** going on with investigation are now rethinking thier stance 😮

When blood seeps into wood it cannot be removed. Remember Brian Albert talked about how narrow the bulkhead door was. They replaced the bulkhead door.
and the basement flooring, including the plywood.
The basement,concrete floor,got damaged,and replaced,after January 29th.Think of it what you will.
That means luminol would have been useful to find out if there was blood on the floor,and how much.
If I remember correctly,there is 3 pints of blood not accounted for in the body,and it wasn't in the snow.
That might be a good reason to remove a concrete floor.
Yeah there weren’t three pints in the Solo cups.

I went into this one without reading anything on this case, as you recommended & I am blown away with how this has gone the last 10 days…I have so many questions, & I am still waiting to hear if any get answered! I have a lot of doubt as of day 10.

So excited!!! Replay watching during work to make sure I have it all down & enjoy the way this trial is going with no spoilers & only knowing what we know as we learn it during trial. Already into another week & still no real evidence that points away from a cover up. Time will tell. 🤷🏼♀️

Honestly 22 seconds is a lot I had a 7 sec phone call with my boyfriend today and I relayed what needed to be said I have a bunch of 15 second ones and the point was made in the 15 seconds... 22 Seconds is long enough

Re the foundation for the baby shower photos, couldn’t they just call the person having the baby shower as a witness to state when the baby shower was held?
